I am unemployed with zero income. I am living off savings and sometimes I splurge on Longhorn because it is my favorite. Or used to be. The last three times, at least, the baked potato has been inedible. I don't know if it's old or rotten or what, but it does not taste good. Even with the tiny and I do mean tiny amount of toppings called "loaded" that had maybe 3 one-inch pieces of cheese. The french onion soup which is what I started out with, had NO cheese on it. There were 4 small pieces of chicken (large portion) they tried to spread out to make it look like there was more than there actually was. Two of these small pieces was thick in the middle and was pink so I was afraid to eat it. With tip, it was almost $28 for this order that I picked up and they brought to my car. For the first time ever, they did bring it out quickly, but this was such a disappointment, and it keeps happening. I don't know if it's a new cook or what, but I will have to find a new favorite because I am not going to pay that much money and have half of it not edible. I understand inflation, but you went up on the prices and down on the portions AND quality. A happy customer is a repeat customer. I am NOT happy!
Desired outcome: I would like to be reimbursed for this meal as it was not satisfactory. I would also like you to talk to the staff about checking for old potatoes and to make sure that all items are included with take-out orders.

I had the pleasure of dining at Longhorn on North Monroe in Tallahassee Fl. On Saturday. February 15, 2020 with my husband. We ordered $70 worth of food to only get food poisoning. I began to feel sick half way through my meal so I gave my husband the rest of it but before we reached interstate 10 we were both so nauseous it was pathetic. The steaks were the absolute worst! Due to it being busy I didn't complain because I saw the manager visits several tables from complaints about the service. Please Please look out for your customers this could have been worse!
LongHorn Steakhouse - management lack of problem resolution
Good evening,
I am currently submitting this complaint as I await in the restaurant 1hr after arrival at 7pm and not being seated . We are a party of 15 customers here to celebrate a birthday . Prior to arrival a few days forward the birthday girl called to reserved a room and was told there was no reservations . After noticing and open area in the back we asked the hostess to speak with a manager to gain better understanding on why people prior to us haven't been seated and ourselves. The manage stated to us the room needed to be reserved which raises the first complaint due to us receiving false informer when trying to do so day prior . The second complaint is as manager in training myself for a far the veterinary field you should make accommodations for your customers and develop team-tactics and appoint someone to that specific section when in need to assure customer satisfaction and or call for back up not have them waiting 2hr or even more as explained to us .
