We began My visits to Aspen Dental on Dale Mabry Tampa FL location. My basic complaint and why I am asking for a refund is we made at least 4 visits to a partial denture and she cannot chew her food. She could with her previous denture that broke, which was the reason we came in the first place.
I am not saying that everyone was not nice, not sweet, super kind when we came in. But... When I came back for a followup 30 days after recieving the new denture, because my mom could not chew food and was not eating at all except for soups, the dentist on hand basically said her new denture was just for esthetics! that was the word she used. Who would just go for esthetics and not function as well. She passed the blame of on the dentist who first saw my mom.
I had told that dentist that my mom had been eating just fine with the old denture until it broke. I even brought the old one in so they could see. I actually just asked if they could fix that one and said they could not because that material is not used any longer. Which is not true.
I am now going to a new dentist, having to start the process all over again.
Never did the doc say they were sorry and they would make correction s at no cost,. I was just left with have to start over. Not cool.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund for $851 dollars reversed on my amex charged on 6/29/23. Patient name. Catherine Engel.
