We had floors installed beginning 03/03/2021: cost $10, 772. After unbelievable administrative problems, we discovered they had missed the correct footage by 250 square feet. Diana kovaz, who works for daniel (never gave a last name) out of tampa, fl had no idea what the correct footage was. Then, we discovered she had totally not listened to what we needed and had calculated supplies and products to actually be one half of each room we spoke about. So we then had to come up with another $350.
Before installing we had to send a certified check for payment. (we have to this day repeatedly requested a receipt, which we have not received.)
Once we finally got it installed, the bathroom laminated wood came up due to leaks. We have places in our dining room, living room and kitchen which actually make a noise like a fart when you walk on it. (we were told there was moisture shown in the bathroom. Hard to believe since we did not use the bathroom for two months while it was renovated.)
The floor feels spongy in many places. So we they came (the first three times to look at it), they always tore some flooring up but never relaced it. These people including the leader daniel could care less once they get your money. Be smart go to a local flooring company, it is not worth whatever savings they promise at this circus. This was empire's reply to us when we requested help:

We are passionate about building customers for life and want to be sure that your concerns are addressed in a timely manner. Unfortunately, my attempts to contact you have been unsuccessful. Please contact me at your earliest convenience so I may work with you to resolve this matter.
I have received the inspection report back from empire inspector. Per report there is extremely high moisture levels in areas that have issues, this is a paid service repair of $709.00. Please advise if you would live to moved forward with paid repair.

Jasmine did help in the beginning and now we can't find her so we have no recourse now except to go to the tv stations, facebook and shame empire. We are two senior citizens with cancer and only want our floor finished.
Desired outcome: We would like our floors finished. If not, we will be forced to go to an attorney as we spent our savings on this installation of flooring.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
