Red Roof Inn

To whom it may concern,
My husband and I just staying at the Red Roof Inn in Brandon Fl. from Dec. 20-23. We have had to stay there, but this time was disgusting. I have to have a handi-capped room which was available. We unloaded and were all settled in with our two dogs and we went in the bathroom. First there was chewed gum thrown on the floor, hair on the floor and filth all around the toilet. While in there looking there was so much mold in the shower and the shower chair was unsafe to sit on which made it very hard to take a shower. I had to go down to the office for a remote control, toilet paper and yes I did complain, the woman that was working acted like it was no big deal. She did ask if I wanted to change rooms, well looking around the motel I felt that all the rooms were like that. And we needed the room for a family funeral and felt we wouldn't find another motel with rooms. Yes we shouldn't have stayed! So before we left I went up to ask for a manager, of course no manager was there. The young man I talked to was very nice and wanted to come and clean the room, well to be honest they need to gut that bathroom, it should not be rented out until it's fixed! I could have fallen and really hurt myself if I were to sit on that seat. The outside of the motel is filthy as well, smoke butts everywhere, dog crap everywhere you walk, just very dirty. The only thing that looked clean was the pool. We've stayed there 4 times because we have family down there. When we saw freinds and family at the funeral they all told us that Red Roof Inn is now known as "The Crack and [censored] House" of Brandon... real nice! So I wanted you to know that I will be putting up pictures for people to view! This motel will ruin your reputation if nothing is done, thank you for your time.
