Stay away from this company!
During our one year full warranty we had an intermittent clicking noise that happened every 3-6 weeks coming from the air handler closet. The techs were out several times throughout that time and misdiagnosed the problem by replacing the wrong part. They came out again after replacing the wrong part but the unit was not making the sound at the moment. I even showed them 3 different videos of the noise. Now that my full warranty is up, they want to charge me almost $900 in labor to replace the faulty part that should have been replaced in the first place under the full warranty. Management still has not called me back. It's been two weeks. Worst business practice I've ever experienced.
Universal Air & Heat - a/c duct cleaning - platinum package
Ordered the Platinum Package. Technician hooked up vacuum to an air supplier but would not clean out each air duct, as advertised. Would not clean the duct covers as advertised. Would not honor the senior citizen discount. Said they had right to substitute another service. Free inspection said to have found severe mold in air handlers. Showed alleged photo. Would not send me the photo as promised. Company followup tech could find no mold in air handlers. Tech said to apply Poly Propylene sealer. Followup tech never heard of the product and could not find it to apply. Charged $866 and hour. Very very expensive poor service. If you still use them, recommend signing paper copies only. To sign an IPAD may mean your signature may be moved to other documents you may not have seen. I signed one document and later found it present on two other documents via some kind of electronic transfer.
A settlement was reached between myself and the company. A partial refund was given. I consider the matter resolved. The matter was handled by customer service.

Please do not call this company for any issues with your AC. I had an incident with one of the employees that was sent out to come do a 21 point unit analysis, which is advertised for $18.00 plus a $7 travel fee, so $25 total.
