BrandsMart USA - Samsung stove

I originally purchased a Frigidaire stove which was in stock at time of purchase. When I called to schedule the delivery, I was informed that it was not in stock which is totally unacceptable. It was swapped out with a Samsung stove which was delivered on July 27, 2021. I used the oven for the first time on Friday, August 6, 2021. When the food was done, I tapped the "stop/off" button and the oven wouldn't turn off and the fan was running. I waited a half hour and still wouldn't turn off, so I pulled the plug out. I tried using the oven again on Saturday, August 7, 2021 and again the same issue... the oven would not turn off. I called Brandsmart on Friday, August 6, 2021 and asked to speak to Shaqueel (my salesman). I was told he was off. After having the same issue again on Saturday, I called Brandsmart once again and asked to speak with Shaqueel. I was informed by George that Shaqueel was on vacation. George said he would help me. As it was drawing close for the store to close, I called back once again as George never got back to me. He told me that I had to call Samsung directly. I called Samsung on Sunday and was told by Joe that the stove was definitely defective and that Brandsmart needed to replace it. I called George on Sunday and told him what Samsung said. George said that I needed to get something in writing. I called Samsung on Monday and spoke with Brian who informed me that there really wasn't anything to give me and that it clearly is a defective stove and Brandsmart needs to replace it. I called Brandsmart today, August 10, 2021 and spoke with a saleman (whose name I did not get). I asked to speak with a manager and he informed me that the manager would not help me this this. I said I spoke with George and he didn't get back to me. He informed me that George is off today and would transfer me to Diana (who is nicer than George). Once again, I had to explain this whole situation over again. I am so frustrated as I keep getting the run around. I want to swap this Samsung for the original Frigidaire stove I was suppose to get. I have heard horrible stories about Samsung appliances and unfortunately I am now one of those horror stories. Please reply immediately and advise me on how I can go about getting my original Frigidaire stove. Thank you! Donna [protected]... [protected]@yahoo.com
