Order was not ready when I arrived to pick it up. I was informed that the local store did not have anything to do with the online orders. (then why offer it?) I checked my checking/credit card accounts and the order had not been charged to either account although I have confirmation of receipt. Instead of getting busy and making my pizzas (I had ordered 8 for a party at 12:30), one member of the staff wanted to argue with me. 2 other team members were busy attempting to rectify the problem. I left my name and cell number for the general manager, jasmine rickets, to call me, but have yet to hear from her. "the customer is always right." is the 1st rule of customer service, but this location lacks proper customer service training. I received my pizzas, hot and read, but was late for the party I was hosting. This is the 2nd time I have used online ordering for this location and both times the orders were not filled.
