Church's Chicken - Product and service

To whom it may concern, To whom it may concern,
I have a thirty minute lunch break and working in Atlanta the wise thing to do is go somewhere close and fast right?
I pull up at 12:05, place my order at 12:10 which was a very difficult task because the lady taking the request was obviously sick and couldn't hear me. "With a cold" So I spoke slowly and loudly only to be given an attitude like I was being disrespectful. So of course I was asked to pull up front and it would be delivered. While I'm waiting I take a drink of my Sprite that's not Sprite at all but soda water. After 13 minutes of waiting I walk in to find my food laying on the counter. Forgot to mention one of Churches employees had been in and out several times visiting a vehicle with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth. So I ask for another drink and take my food because now I'm late getting back to work and do not have time to speak to a manager. While I'm driving and attempting to eat my Churches that eat often, I notice something is wrong. My chicken looks like jerky and tough as nails, my poppers are over cooked and the cheese has been pulled out and the best part... The biscuit which is my favorite wasn't worth feeding to the dogs.
I'm not asking for anything. Just wanted y'all to know that in the six months I've worked in Atlanta this is the worst experience I've had trying to get a meal.
