I had made a complaint on the holiness about my experience but never received a call back. I had visited the Church's chicken #4689 on 8/6/24 at 6pm. My ck # on the receipt says 10068,
The address is 2520 W Walnut St, Garland, TX 75042. I received the most updated professional experience by a manager. I had placed an order for myself and my husband, it was very hot outside, I asked the cashier if I could have a cup of ice cold water she replied, no the manager won't allow that. I said excuse me I would like a cup of ice cold water, she went to get the manager, the manager replied no. So then after refusing me a cup of water I asked for a refund of my order which I just placed. She looked at me with apissed off look on her face and threw a pen at me and told me to write my name and telephone number on the receipt. It took over 10 min to give me money back. I would like to know why I could not receive a cup of water. I never had experienced someone refusing water. She lost a $20 sale because she didn't want to give me a cup of water. Clearly she has no clue how to run a business and should not be a management at Churchs chicken. I will continue to spread the word on how unprofessional she was.
