I have been giving so much miscommunication. I have tried to cancel my membership multiple times and the gym keeps telling me I have to pay. I have paid for 4 months and want to cancel. I have been to the gym 3 times and it is always packed with people. I also tried to cancel three times but now they say you have to come in and sign. This is a waste of my time and money. I have others things to do instead of keep coming back to this gym just to sign a paper. Workers are rude and not on the same page. I have asked for managers no one knows their numbers. This gym is horrible.

I am a member of Crunch, 5508 Peachtree Blvd, Chamblee, GA 30341. Out of 10 TVs facing treadmills, 4 to 5 TVs have same sports channel on. No TV has news channel, like CNN, why? Many times, I asked to change one TV to news channel, the staff refused to do that. TVs # 1, 3, 4, 5 have no volume and can’t listen by plugging headphone into treadmills. The staff is useless and unhelpful (Seth and Zach). They are rude & full of excuses. The service is horrible. They won’t even turn the fan on/ up when it gets too hot. There were 4 guys at the front desk doing NOTHING including Seth & Zach on Friday, 02-03-23 at around 6:00 PM. They refused to give the contact info of higher up.
Why are such lousy persons hired, who don’t assist customers? What are they hired for or paid for? Why are they threatening to members?
Additionally, men showers area has soap dispensers empty most of times. Also, water in men shower runs cold for over ten minutes before warm water comes out. Too much water is wasted in waiting for hot water to take a shower. Why can’t this be fixed? This has been going on for months.
Why would I recommend anybody to be a member here?
Desired outcome: fix problems mentioned above and provide helpful services to members. Stop threatening members. Get rid of unhelpful staff members.

I am a member of Crunch, 5508 Peachtree Blvd, Chamblee, GA 30341. There are 10 TVs facing treadmills, and most of times, 4 to 5 TVs have same sports channel on. Not a single TV has a news channel, like CNN on, why? On many times, I asked to change one TV to news channel, CNN, the staff refused to do that. Few TVs have no volume and can’t listen by plugging headphone into treadmills. The staff members are useless including (Mr. Seth, the assistant manager). They are very rude, full of excuses, unhelpful to members and the service is horrible. They won’t even turn the fan on/ up when it gets too hot in the Gym. There were five guys at the front desk doing nothing including Mr. Seth on Friday, 01-27-23 at around 5:30 PM. They refused to give the contact name and email, phone number of higher up to voice the concerns.
Why are such lousy persons hired or made managers who don’t even know how to change TV channel nor assist customers? What have you hired them for? What are they paid for?

Desired outcome: Provide good customer service. Have things fixed soon to attract more members. Have things mentioned above fixed as soon as possible. Replace incompetent and unhelpful to employees who just give excuses and do nothing.
