I'm now dealing with REGUS not wanting to cancel my VIRTUAL OFFICE agreement that went from $46 per month and halfway through the year went up to $48.21 (which I never called to complain about the few dollar increase). My payments were always set up to auto draft for the entire year. And so, I don't understand what the increase was about. In addition to this..
My "auto renewal was set for June 1. Today is April 11th. I told them to cancel via email April 6th.
Regus email (which I opened late due to being sick) said response by March 31st. So a matter responding to them 6 days late, due to medical reasonings (April 6th) got me locked into an increased rate of $70 a month and for two years. This just shows you how shady and heartless this company is.
We're already dealing with inflation at an all time high and now they don't want to cancel my renewal (which I have more that 60 days till it renews). But because I didn't tell them 6 days in advance to my 3 months in advance notice this happens.
Looks like I'm handing this over to my lawyer to handle. With all of the class actions lawsuits online and over 576 complaints, an F rating by the BBB their practice is far off!
I swear I'll seek every avenue to make them famous online. With a background in web coding and search visibility, let's get these complaints to the top! Email [protected]@gmail.com if you'd like to join this train. If my account is not canceled tomorrow and email stating so, I'm about to crank up on this renewal SCAM!
Desired outcome: Cancel my renewal. I was sick and was late to respond to my email which was 6 days delayed, prior to your march 31st date.
