Good Day, I never thought it would come to this purchasing furniture for my apartment. All these items were paid for IN CASH - First ITEM - on August 01/2020 A NON =PWR RECLINER SOFA - WALNUT. PROBLEM WITH THE DELIVERY GETTING TO MY PLACE ON TIME. SAT ON A CHAIR THE WHOLE TIME, SINCE I GAVE AWAY MY OLD SOFA.
WALNUT COUCH DELIVERED ON SEPTEMBER 22/2021 - sent pictures showing the left side of non-power recliner section was shorter than the other two panels, and had indents to the side area. on Sept. 23 I messenger Roxanne D. to please give me a refund. She told me to call CUSTOMER SERVICE, they called back and I told them I would do an inhouse return which I did, found a navy sofa (which I liked) and they said they would refund me on deduction for leather non-pwr recliner sofa (I sent photos on the) recliner will be sent once they get the leather sofa delivered back. I paid cash, still waiting on refund.
I ordered a Navy Couch which they said was the only one available in the warehouse.
The first delivery men, left the premises because I would not come down to the back door and escort them up. I told them take the elevator to the 6th floor and that is where I would be, they got angry and left with my Navy Couch-taking it back to the Warehouse because I would come down and help them - store was told.
When I did get the Navy couch delivered (4 days later) when sitting on the couch it would sink in on right side, but the left side seemed o.k. The 3rd leg underneath had warehouse wrapping around it. (manager told me it was so I could see if couch was level with floor and did I want the paper removed - asking me to look underneath the couch and check to see if couch was level?) I sent them numerous picture showing the indents the paper around the 3rd leg and a hole forming on the front of the navy couch. I paid for a WARRANTY as well. I have asked for a refund on the navy couch - but no one has gotten back to me. This was paid in cash.

Desired outcome: Nothing yet. pictures are on my cell phone - cant upload on laptop - give me a phone number to send, or ask salesperson , the manager and customer service, they all have same photos.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
