We bought a 3 pieces living room set at the The Dump. They delivered and one of the pieces was damaged. they offered to get it fixed. The chair has a leg that was tacked on by a deck screw and wabbled. They sent a guy to fix it and he fixed the leg but the chair still wabbles. Now The Dump said that the floor in our house is uneven and that is nothing wrong with the chair. and now the ignoring all comunication.

My name is Sherry Disharoon. My husband, Gary, purchased a king size Serta Perfect Sleeper Pillow Top mattress on 03/21/21 from The Dump, Atlanta store location. We paid cash with our debit card totaling $1013.29, Order No. 540QHJ314. Our phone no. is [protected]. We have been promised delivery three times - we waited today all day - we were called and promised delivery today from 4 to 7 PM. No one showed up - no one called to let us know that our delivery would be delayed. We would like someone to call us back from customer service and let us know when our mattress will be delivered. Ms. Ashley Brizendine was our sales associate. Will someone contact us as soon as possible and let us know what has happened to our mattress purchase and let us know when it will be delivered.
