I had an appointment today at 9:30 for two of my puppies and nobody had shown at 10:10. I had to leave because I had things to do.. can't waste my time on waiting when I already had an scheduled appointment.. and the only thing they say is I'm sorry.. instead of I'm sorry I'll get somebody right away! And they had always given me the wrong info when it comes to prices. One time I had to pay $300.00 instead of $150.00. Because the nurse kept saying 150 for both and I kept asking each or for both. She kept saying both which to me means both puppies are included. When I when to check out it was 150 each. Of course I was so mad and annoyed by that situation.. anyway I'm dropping this clinic can't deal with more incompetence anymore ..
