I just came through the drive thru 15 Major James Clark Gordon Dr
Chickamauga, GA [protected] the time was 12:40pm they were getting ready to close but I do not care THERE IS NO DAMN EXCUSE FOR WHAT THEY DONE! First the app is GARBAGE! It’s pointless and a waste of your customers time. After spending 20+ mins on the app just for it to then say “this store isn’t accepting orders through the app” is ridiculous. Then I get to the store and even though it’s no fault of the customer it’s Taco Bell’s fault that Taco Bell’s app isn’t working still the customer gets the [censored]ty end of the deal. So instead of the $8.99 boxes I wanted I paid over $20 for 5 taco and 1 Mexican pizza. I’m asked to wait after already being aggravated at the price so me still attempting to be optimistic I’m thinking “that means we are getting fresh food”. I live 10 minutes from this location. If they were still open I would be right back there to make them take back this food and give me back my damn money. I get home every single thing is cold. The tacos have literally no meat on them to compensate for the meat they PILED PILED on sour cream…well sour cream and lettuce. Every single taco is soggy THEY ARE HORRIBLE! They taste like what little meat they did put on them came straight from the cooler the shells are cold the Mexican pizza is cold and taste old! I get they was closing but I paid over $20 for 5 tacos I EXPECTED WAY MORE THAN THIS [censored] I WAS GIVEN ITS NOT EVEN EDIBLE! I want my damn money back and I want it back now!
