I purchase ticket on Greyhound traveling from FT Worth TX to Atlanta GA on 03/28/2022. During my trip I had a layover in Dallas TX for 2 hours, and notice there was no sign for people with disabilities seating area. I spoke with the agent at the counter where is the seating area for passenger with disabilities and shown him that I purchase a priority ticket. Directed me to the agent making boarding announcements. That agent just to me to find a seat inside the bus terminal. The restroom was extremely filthy and unsanitary, totally disgusting. Multiple faucets were not running water from them, one faucet continuously run water overflowing. No soap for cleansing hands, no towels or dryer to dry hands. Most of the Greyhound bus terminal was filthy along this route especially the bus terminal in Jackson Mississippi, deplorable feces all over the toilet no running water. Not able to wash or dry your hands. Also, during the trip there was an African American employee male that was training a driver (bus transition with a new driver in Dallas TX) that was very argumentative, a bully type behavior towards another customer who complain of the service at the E-Z Mart on one of the stops. Using threats and profanity at one of the guests in the store that was a passenger on the bus. The bus driver did not show any dignity or respect for the passenger who was complaining about the service at E-Z Mart at the cashier. The passenger from the bus was in his right to complain about the service. Your bus driver was threating him and using profanity towards the passenger and stated he will terminate his ride. He stated he has 16 years with the company go ahead and make the complaint, nothing going to happen to me. Very bad attitude, and appear threatening.
Desired outcome: I fill I should be compensated for the lousy service that your company has provided. No professionalism, no respect that toward customer. In Dallas TX no area disabilities signage. Reported to the Better Business Bureau.
