Tonight, I felt disrespected by your employees. I arrived at 7:59 to drop off a poster. I went to the door and they had locked it earlier than 8. I went to the other door where two women where standing and they locked the door in front of me and walked away.
I waved and showed them the clock on my phone saying I made it on time. The women cracked the door and said "it's too late we are closed" and I said but I called earlier and I was told if I arrive before 8 I could come in. She said it didn't matter and stalled me until it was 8:01 and said she couldn't let me in.
She never once apologized or even expressed any sympathy. She was rude and short with me.
I feel that if she would've been more apologetic, I would've understood. However, I do not want to ever return to that store and refuse to pay people with such little consideration for others.
Desired outcome: employee training on customer relations and sympathy
