I am writing to formally complain about the rude behavior exhibited by a employee of at Hobby Lobby located at Store #.475 Modesto, California 95350 Address 2801 McHenry Avenue on Date of 11/2/2024 time 7:31p.m., by employee by the name of Charlene R. T-9412. During my visit on 11/02/2024, I was in the checkout line and as it was now my turn at the register. I asked Charlene if she could verify that the items I was purchasing was 50% off since where I had pick them up from on the shelf did not have a sign indicating they were 50% off Christmas items, Charlene responded in a dismissive tone, the items were 6 medium size buckets, Charlene then turns over to the bottom of the bucket and addressed me in a very rude manner and pointed to the sticker and stated twice "what does it say there", in return I stated it says sleigh bells This made me feel unwelcome and disrespected as a customer.” “The interaction left me feeling embarrassed and frustrated, which negatively impacted my overall shopping experience at Hobby Lobby.” "Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.
