Oh my gosh! When I found this website I couldn't believe how bad this store is. I mean I knew from from my experience, but I had no Idea. Anyone who is interested should look at Glassdoor.com and read the employee remarks about working there. This store is beyond bazaar! My complaint revolves around 2 seperate dates, but less than a week apart. The first I chalked up to a misunderstanding (?). I was really irritaed when I left the store, but just scratching my head. The second was so wierd I couldn't believe it was actually happening. It was like being locked in the Twilight Zone. The first started with being over charged (full price) for a 50% off item. I don't know if all stores are the same, but this store had 2-3 isles set with 50% of merchandise. Signs on both ends and signs placed on both sides of the isle about mid point. Any I picked up the item, a large metal wall hanging. Went to the checkout with other items. Got to my car put it all in the trunk as I got ready to leave I blanced at my reciept and saw I had been overcharged. I simply walked back in, went to the chasier who helped me and explained what happened. This poor cashier got caught in the middle of my argument with a person I guess was a front end manager type. I had left the item in my trunk and thought this could be resovled pretty easily. This "shrew" looked at my reciept and simply said the item was not on sale, but was a filler item. What the hell is a filler item? I told her that was very misleading because all the signs saying 50% off. I had just spent over $200. I said if I didn't get the sale price she could have all the merchandise back. She didn't even flinch. She wanted to see the item. I told her it was in my trunk and would she like to walk out and look at it, I was not going to drag it back in. She did. When she got her hands on it she simply flipped it over and within 2 seconds said it was on sale and they must have missed marking it. It was really bad. I got my price adjustment and went on my way. Here is Twilght Zone experinece. A couple of the items ( from the first time) I didn't need and proceeded to go back to the store with my returns. I had the original reciept. This is important. My daughter was with me this time. She felt like a kid in a candy store just looking at everything. As we browsed an item I had bought a full price was now on sales at 50% off. A saving of $30. We also picked up another item to buy. We made our way through the return counter and had no problem with the return but the minute I asked for a price adjustment on the item I bought it turned into "End Times." Now this item was on my wall at home with ribbon on it, additional floral stems and was not really transportable. I had the reciept and just wanted a price adjustment. You know (like when you return something) I would expect them to take my reciept mark the item as adjusted to half off, give me a credit and I could be on my merry way. BUT NO! I had to bring the item in because she had to be sure I actually bought the item. IT'S ON MY RECIEPT STUPID! I like to believe I'm a pretty savy shopper and then came up with a compromise. How about if I go the shelf grab the exact same item but it at the sale price then take it over to the refund counter (with my orginal reciept) and get the regular price refunded. I get my sale price, they have (in theroy) the merchandise and everybody is happy. WIN-WIN! OH MY GOD! Second shrew " I won't process the refund becasue I know you just bought that and it's not the original. I said it's exactly what I have a home. By this time people in the peanut gallery are getting mad at me because I'm not letting this person push me around (line is backing up). Anyway I finish up me regular return and proceed to walk over and pick up the new (exact same) item get into the regular line and buy it at 50% off. This "dummy" sees me in the line and I tell her I will be getting into the refund line to make my return and if she has a problem call the manager. Even though she saw in the line she made me produce the recipt for the item, just to make sure I didn't steal it. The manager comes out and instead of coming to me he sticks his finger at me and waves me over to him. I get out of line and he wants to know what the problem is. He looks at my reciept ( the original for the full price) looks at the item I jusat bought and began to question the "dummy" on what the problem was. Original reciept and the merhcandise. I finally felt like someone was getting it. This isn't rocket science people! She then told him it wasn't the "original" mechandise and that was at home. His face began to contort and get red and he started to scold me, like a 5 year old, felt like I needed to understand the "corporate" policy and they have rules for a reason. YADA YADA YADA! I looked at him and said would you like me to go out to my car sit for 5 minutes come back in and say this was the "original" from home. At this point I was not leaving without my credit. This is exactly what happened. I KID YOU NOT! He grabbed the wreath out of hand mumbled something to the "dummy", rolled his eyes, and then stormed off with the item just bought! I was standing there with nothing! Also, this was going on in front of other customers. I felt like a thief, embarrased, and completely stressed out. I was told to get back in the refund line. Now with my past experiences with this store what do you think I thought would happen. Me, presenting my reciept, for a full refund with no merchandise. I ask her if the girl would be informed about what had happened and what she needed to do. YES. I got back up again to the front, presented my reciept and she looked at it clueless. She asked me what I needed I just looked at her and pointed to the "dummy". I ended up with my "price adjustment'. It could have been handled so differently. I told, the poor refund girl, I could have left the store a very happy customer with just a credit. Instead I left the store pissed off, feeling like a criminal, like I was trying to "pull something". It was a good 1/2 hour to 45 min to go through this mess. I went home and had a stiff drink! NEVER AGAIN!

I can call people dummy and stupid if I want. My daughter who is only ten can take it so why are they not strong enough to take it. I call my daughter worse when she upsets me. I tell her that God is punishing me by giving me her as a daughter, that I wish she were never born because she makes my life miserable, that I hope she dies one day so I don't have to put up with her BS. It all means nothing. There is nothing immature about calling people dummies and stupid. I also suspect that it it the store manager who called the police on me when I left my daughter in the parking lot to teach her a lesson telling her that I hope someone kidnaps her and rapes her.

Nicely said Gino, but I have a feeling this is another troll review. The poster usually posts a review than to get more attention to their review they claim they abused their child/children.

However if this is real and you did treat your daughter that way in the parking lot, If I saw it I would have not only reported you but knocked some sense in you.

Well, look at it this way at least the OP is not hiding anything. Most people would "forget" to post how they behaved in the store.

So what if I misspelled, Don't you know how to read Gino. I had a stiff drink. My stupid ex husband thinks I have a drinking problem and is trying to get full custody of my ten year old. I really needed a stiff drink after this, and this site is STUPID, because I got this message saying that my message is being reviewed by moderators and will be posted shortly. I guess people on this site are so immature that the "f" word offends them. Anyways never mind my original username had a damn typo in it. Can't even swear on this damn site. I had a stiff drink and my spelling is not perfect when I drink. I also made a typo in Lobby you dummy why did you not pick that one up.

Father of Triplets, what I did to my daughter I know was wrong, but at that time I was angry and did not come to my senses. Sometimes I say and do things I don't mean. It is hard when I have not had a drink because when I am not drinking I am unhappy. However I do NOT have a drinking problem you dummy so don't even think that. Also what kind of man are you to talk ill to a woman like this. You pervert you coward. Leave me alone you are giving me a headache.

The rest rooms are filthy. Everything in there has not been properly maintained. The sinks, floors, walls just everything has obviously not been cleaned in a very long time . Not just days but what looks like weeks or even months. I am not the only one who feels this way as the problem has come up with others who shop there. This is the store in Bismarck N.D. PLEASE do something about this.
