My wife takes adderall, and has been using this pharmacy to fill the prescriptions. They are extremely rude, don't answer the phone when you call, and are largely incompetent in general.
Every time we have to refill her Adderall, they say they don't have it in stock and have to order it. That means we have to wait at least a few days to get it, and in the meantime she doesn't have any because it's a controlled substance and has to be refilled precisely on the day the script runs out.
This time, they said they needed to order it, and it would be in by Jan 28th, 2022. We went to pick up the prescription on Jan 29th, 2022, and they said it still hadn't come in, and it would be in by Feb 2nd, 2022. We went to pick it up on Feb 5th, 2022, and they stated that it was still out of stock. My wife had to go two more days without it.
Today, Feb 7th, 2022, we call to ask about it, and they said they've had it in stock for a week now. WHY did they tell us it was out of stock? This is a constant issue with this location. They don't ever have their medicine in stock, and they couldn't give a single care about any of their customers. They constantly lie to us, and when we try to call it takes them 20 minutes to an hour to pick up the phone. When they do pick up the phone, they're short and rude as if WE are the ones being unreasonable when we just need the medication that we take every day.
If this continues, I will be moving all of our prescriptions to Walgreens or some other pharmacy.
