I was here 04/23/11 around 11:30pm making a purchase at this store when I made a purchase and handed the cashier money I left my keys and phone on the counter. So I left the store and 10 minutes later I noticed my phone missing so I went back there because I was last there so I asked the cashiers was my phone there ( they were to Arab guys) they kept saying no I could tell by their look they stole it but they kept saying we don't got it I used their phone to call mines but went straight to voicemail therefore I knew it was gone so I know it was stolen. I then asked them for their phone to call the police they said no and said were not in this that really made me think they stole it if they didnt they wouldn't hesitate to call the police. Then I use a customers phone to call the police. Then the police come 30 minutes later they don't do ### some fat cop comes out and gives me a case number. The people at the store gave me a managers number and his name Ahmed and told me to come in Monday morning and he'll show me the surveillance system claiming that they had all these cameras. Later on that night I called the store and offered the guys a reward if they found my phone and they started cursing and etc they were some very nasty Arabs. I then call the store Monday morning and talk to Ahmed the manager and we agree to meet at 3 o clock. I wait there for two hours and his employee calls him and he
says he'll be there at 7 claiming that he was busy. I show up again around
7 and I ask the cashier is the manager there he says hold up then this guy comes out of the back office greeting me and says oh Ahmed isn't here he picks up the phone and calls a number with no response and I could tell by looking in his eyes they were all in it together. This guys name was Sam or zam some owner like guy claiming he didn't have access to surveillance either. So therefore I got tired of arguing with them. All the staff there are Arabs and they are all together lying and cheating
together. They keep making up stories so they don't have to show me the
video surveillance. After I left I called corporate and complained corporate shell can't do much since the store is independently owned by some Arab [censored]bags. I called just about every local jobber to complain but I still need to find someone who will do action. Please everybody avoid this store go to the quicktrip across the street they're much cheaper and better and professional. These loser Arabs are not gonna make it anywhere by stealing my phone.
Yes I got those the key ring was around my finger the main point is this establishment are crooks and liars please avoid them If you need gas or something go to the qt across the street also the quicktrip is way cheaper
They had 20 something cameras in that store and it's a 24 he store. Just about every business in Georgia has security cameras due to robberies and crimes going on
Plus if they just showed the footage this wouldn't have been on here
It was a iPhone not a cheap phone if it was id give a rats ### if it was cheap. I'll guarantee if it was a American operated company they wouldn't have done that
All the gas stations now have computerized surveillance system there's no such thing as tape now it all goes on a computer and is on there I've worked at one before I'd know. This store had so many cameras they had at least 5 by the register area. Yes all the staff was Arab and not one helped me in a professional manner.
But what's their problem of showing me the camera or footage I'd they have a problem doing that then there's a real problem
Yes but a honest person or cashier would hold the phone or return it and would have no problem showing footage
I called it for a week main point is they refused to show me video surveillance
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

You sniveled and whined that they're Arabs six different times, as if that somehow negates your irresponsibility and failure to take care of your own belongings.
You said yourself they aren't going to make it anywhere with your pitiful little Tracfone knockoff, although you seem to think that's also due to them being Arab, so why would they even bother hanging onto it?
What exactly did you expect the "fat" cop to do for you after you lost your own phone? They have more important things to do than wiping noses and ### all shift.
Sack up, beg your service provider for another freebie phone and ffs, keep better track of this one so you don't have to harass hardworking retail employees and waste the resources of the local police cleaning up your messes.
