Myself and two sons are traveling from Tennessee back to South Florida and stopped at the Fort Wally store. The chicken sandwiches are our favorite when we do road trips. We waited 15 minutes happily for sandwiches to come out. Got in the car opener sandwiches. I took two bites and realized that the sandwich was raw. I had to turn around before getting on the exit ramp and go back to the store. I went in there and I was not angry I do understand accidents happen. I wanted to exchange for a different sandwich, the trainee manager Dustin walked over to me and looked at my sandwich and said it looks like I ate half of it as if he was accusing me of just trying to get a free sandwich. I looked at him and I said I took two bites, and realize that Center was Raw. I was starting to get really upset and shaking that he was insinuating that I was trying to get a free sandwich as he’s could clearly see that the sandwich was raw. I went over and decided to get the club sandwich and did not bring my person and he told me I had a balance of four dollars. I went out to my car and on my way back. I decided I did not no longer want anything from Bucc I was just upset by his approach to me and lack of empathy for the fact that I’ve just eaten raw chicken. I personally hope I am not gonna be sick in hours from now with food poison.. two other women did step in and profusely apologized and told me they were sorry and I did appreciate the fact that they showed great customer service and concerns. Dustin has a lot of training that he needs to get done before he should be dealing with the general public. I will definitely be taking a break from going to any of your service areas anytime soon. Very disappointed.
