Myself and two sons are traveling from Tennessee back to South Florida and stopped at the Fort Wally store. The chicken sandwiches are our favorite when we do road trips. We waited 15 minutes happily for sandwiches to come out. Got in the car opener sandwiches. I took two bites and realized that the sandwich was raw. I had to turn around before getting on...

Bucky's Mechanics improper installation not honor warranty work

Every time I’ve gone to a location at Lynnwood Buckys I’ve returned every month if not less time than a month s time to have them repair more parts that didn’t need to be fixed if only their mechanic had stated any part prior to reassembling, thereby cause problems deliberately for the customer wallet

Buckys Failing to guarantee or honor their 90 day warranty or labor/repair of work they repaired which lasted less than 2 months. I provided timestamped photos of problem they alleged repaired $1230.00 Buckys Reg Mgr misconduct unprofessionalism said to customer on 📱 phone (try to bully?) Why would customer even dare bully Buckys? When it's Buckys who’s dishonest with Warrantying work? (90 Day Labor Warranty) 2 mechanics from Buckys says (I don’t need wheel alignment they changed Pitman arm Buckys owes customer money for that (Lie) Buckys the joke with their FAKE testimonials +overcharging customer for labor and not warranting nor honoring their warranty’s They have Fake testimonials without last names or Damien Buckys Reg Mgr misconstrued that customer wanted Buckys to pay for new timing cover however customer has 2 timing covers & spoke to Joey LW manager Buckys Lynnwood about TC leaks to honor warranty customer spent $5000 as their mechanics purposely made work for the customer thereby making more work for customer to unfortunately have to pay more money out of his pocket

Desired outcome: To do the work and repair the leaky timing cover without the customer having to pay or refund the customers money $1230 customer has own parts you just need to assemble without cracking them

Bucky's Buckys auto repair south hill

I’m absolutely furious with this company. For one they heavily damaged my car when doing repairs and second the repairs they did were shoddy at best. I’m a single mom and these horrific scammers ripped me off. Hours after repairs I came back to the shop and reported my car was running worse than ever before with loss of power and strange noises. When I went back they said they had to remove the exhaust manifold to put a new oil pan in. They said that was the cause of my problems and cause of the noise. At the time I didn’t know what that was. About 30 mins later they claimed it was fixed and apologized and said that it was the exhaust manifold and that it wasn’t properly put back on. Long story short they never replaced the oil pan at all and if they did they put in one that was heavily damaged, also two reputable mechanics have stated that my exhaust system/manifold was cut off and not put back in properly when Buckys put in the “new oil pan” I’m now going to be out thousands of dollars to replace the exhaust manifold/system . The oil pan is also not new at all. I also went to Buckys to replace the battery terminals, that too has to be redone. They put in temp terminals and didn’t properly secure the battery as asked. That was the whole point. I also am suspicious that they stole my new battery I bought the day before and replaced it with an old one. My battery wasn’t even a day old yet at the time Buckys was to repair the battery terminals. The battery in my car now is corroded and doesn’t look like the new battery I bought.

Taking my car to Buckys has been the biggest car nightmare of my life. I asked for 375.38 because that’s what I paid, but because of the damage to my car they actually owe me thousands of dollars. This people are outright CRIMINALS and should be completely shut down.

The other issue is that the leak I asked them to repair was later found to be transmission fluid. Regardless this company did extensive damage to my car, took advantage of me, lied to me an ripped me off! I’m sure I’m not the first nor the last that will be ripped off and scammed by these fools. Their work is unacceptable/shoddy. Also the man responsible for this is the manager himself. There’s no doubt Buckys took advantage of me being a female and uneducated about car repairs. I don’t have enough money to repair the damage done and now I have no car. I’m so incredibly furious. I did a dispute with my bank about this and lost because they fought it. That manager belongs in jail and this place should be permanently shut down!

Desired outcome: Pay for damage to vehicle and pay back what I paid. Total of $3,375.38

Took my car to Bucky's for exhaust fix, serpentine belt fuel sensor and brakes. Was quoted 2272$. Brought my own brakes in. Rotors and pads. Also oil change and door fixed. Got my car back and they fixed the exhaust and sensor. They billed me for putting on my own rotars and didn't put them on. They billed me for changing my oil and didn't do it. Billed me...

Bucky's C.V. Axle Replaced

I had a C.V Axle replaced, and my car shakes so bad now, so I took it back and they said it could have been a defective one so they put another one in, and same thing, so they said it was my transmission, and I have had it looked at and it is not, they said it is the Axle, I called again, and they were so rude about this, I have always taken my car to bucky's for so many things and they have always taken good care of me, and this has been the most frustration thing I have ever experience and the worst costumer service I have ever experienced, they did not even really try to fix the problem after the third time, and just tried to send me to someone else, I dont have the money to keep taking it to other places when clearly they are at fault. They charged me $320.00 and my car still shakes and runs worse then it ever has, and I will never take my Car to Bucky's again, I have lost all trust in them, My email address is [protected]@gatewayre.com.

Desired outcome: I either want my money back, or fixed by another bucky's at no charge and not at the south hill.

Bucky's Behavior not good of the Bucky's Lynnwood manager or front desk

We took our car for oil change to BUCKYS LYNNWOOD afternoon today on 12/14/2020. It was very cold day and there was cofee maker in waiting room. but cofee very old and not much. I have asked manager to make a cofee. He told me this not cofee shop, I can make cofee in the morning only. He did not make the cofee. There was tech too, no smile and no Hi or hello. When we got our car back. I have asked how many months to have next oil change. I do not under stand what he said. He did try to explain me. They did not check any thing.
I was very cold one day. I stop at Goodyears shop and asked them can I have cofee. They made fresh cofee and offer me seat. I did not have car, I was walking. All other services check every thing at oil change servies and give the full report on car. and have much better behiver than Buckys people.

Bucky's Bad mechanics

Bucky’s Muffler Brake and Radiator Specialists – Lynnwood WA. Poor Installation of head gasket, and failed to tighten bolts on valve gasket cover, and oil leaking.

July 30th, 2011 I had my car towed to Bucky’s Muffler, Brakes and Radiators – 19210 Hwy 99, Lynnwood Wa 98036. The repair was to have my head gasket replace. August 6, 2011 and $2, 043.59 later, I picked up my car. Joey (Shop mgr) told me to bring my car in after 500 miles so Bucky’s could look at my car to make sure everything was in working order.

Joey also told me they would perform a motor flush and give me an oil change. August 26th I took my car in for the 500 mile inspection, flush, and oil change. I still haven’t received the paperwork I requested to prove they indeed do the flush and oil change. September 6, 2011 my engine light came on. I came home and checked the oil level on my dipstick and it was completely dry with grit on the bottom of the dip stick. Jessical from the shop came by after work to put oil in my car, as I didn’t want to even drive my car 1 block without oil. I brought my car in the next day (September 7) to have Bucky’s look at my car again.

I was at Bucky’s from 8:10am-2:50pm. By the 6th hour I was told I had a crack in the housing, and that they would order the part. Most of the time I didn’t even see a mechanic working on my car. I kept checking on my car. I never did see my car go up on a lift so that my car could be looked at from the underside.I was so frustrated with the Lynnwood Bucky’s, I took it to the Shoreline Bucky’s on Sept 9 to have them look at my car. The housing wasn’t cracked after all. Shoreline Bucky’s found rear bolts not tight.

I am now having an oil leak. Bucky’s shoreline said I have an oil leak coming from my oil pan and timing chain cover.

I am concerned that the head gasket was not properly installed and seals may have been either damaged or left off in the process of the installation. I don’t feel safe in my car, and the Lynnwood Bucky’s doesn’t seem to have too much concern. I now question everything they did from beginning to end. I feel my car is in worse shape now due to the mechanics not knowing what they are doing.

I TOO HAVE RECENTLY HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE WITH BUCKYS FROM THE DOWNTOWN EVERETT LOCATION!
HORRIBLE SERVICE, WHAT WAS QUOTED TO BE A 4HR JOB TURNS INTO 4 DAYS FROM TECHNISIONS NOT KNOWING WHAT THEY ARE DOING AS WELL AS NOT HAVING PROPER TOOLS ON HAND AS WELL AS INPROPER PARTS BEING INSTALLED!
