Gwen bullington with tmx savanah not only said no to making right what they did wrong but said that they didn't know better. Well I can prove that they not only knew but they don't care they stole my car damaged it or that my stuff was stolen out of it. I bought my car from a auction I had it almost two year and then one night it was stolen out of my mothers yard. A police report was file and I even had the company where I bought it at auction help me we finally tracked it down and was told it had been repo well I owned my car free and clear there was no lien holder I had never pawed my title and didn't owe title max no money. They say they didn't know that it had been impounded and a court order to sale it was given and that that is how I came to own it. Well they did not ony did they get not one but two certified letters from the tow company they got one from the court as well. They also had sent someone to the tow yard to pick it up and they choice not to because they didn't want to pay the bill. How is it my flaunt and why should I have to pay for someone else mistakes. I want the cost to replace my car seeing how it was damaged due to title max failure to do there job and paper work I want the cost to replace the items stolen out of my car and I want monetary damage for the undue stress that has been caused to to title max mistake if I cant get someone to make this right I have no problem taking you to court and not small claims either I will flat out go for the legal amount the state will allow me. I am the victim why should I have to pay for title mac mistake. Tmx dba title max needs to make right what they did wrong.

August 28, 2018 my car was stolen . A police report filed. I had georgia towing help me with seeing if they could find my car. I figure maybe by chance it had been impounded since there was a stolen car report on the car. Georgia towing is who i bought the car from at a auction almost two years before the car was stolen. They where able to locate my car title max fort valley had repo it. I have never had a lien on my title to my car. I had a court order to sell on my car that i bought at auction. After contacting title max and them telling me they had to get hold of there legal department and that they would call me back when they finally did i was told where my car was. When i type the address in my gps the iaa website link came up . It showed picture of my car damaged. So i had georgia towing come with me to take a look at it. When i got there they stated they didn't know anything about it they would have to make a call. A while later they said they would bring my car around front. They brought my car around and dropped it with a fork lift. I had the car keys. They should of asked i would of handed them to them.
My car wasn't just damaged it is totaled. Then when i said that i wanted to contact title max to talk with them about the damage to my car before i went anywhere with it but i needed my stuff out of the car since i had been on a trip right before i got hit by the car july 4, 2018 when i walked to rd to get kitten out of it. I still had my roll away suite case and everything. They said ok and handed me a box with a few papers and one shoe. They stated they was nothing else in the car. Before i left i grab my tag out of the front window of my car and took pictures. After the run around by title max in fort valley and kep there district manger i was told to contact gwen bullington and was given a email address. After month of back a fourth she denied any and everything stating that they didn't consider it a stolen car it was a repo because the previous owner had pawn the title but the thing is title max did not go and get the car and they where notified and i will provided info showing that and a court order to sell by the courts was issued and i had registered and taged it and there was no lien holder if the vin or tag was ran like it is supposed to be. She state as you can read your self in the emails that she thought i had filed insurance claim that the air bags where deployed ect . No i did not and have not filed insurance i thought they where going to make right what they had did wrong. I don't see how i should have to pay and be at a lose for a car i paid for that has no lien holder and owe no money on. I don't see how i should have to pay to replace my stuff that was stolen out of my car either. I contacted the owner of the tow company that did the so called repo on my car bobby phillips and he said that this was the first time that title max had done something like this messing up paperwork and the crawford county sheriff department stated the same thing as well. Bobby phipps also state that there was no damage to my car when he took it. Iaa says they got my car on sept 5 2018 it was stolen august 28 2018 at around 1:48 am. So im assuming that my car was taking to the impound storage lot or somewhere in till it was taken to iaa. I have witness to this conversation and ever conversation that i have had with title max iaa or bobby phillips or even the sheriff department. I even gave the witness information to gwen bullington. I provided receipt for the stolen items picture of my car before it was stolen pictures i took at iaa the day i went and seen the damage as well as picture iaa took and posted to there web site. To date gwen bullington has not once tried to call me meet me or anything else. Why should i had to be the one to suffer when i did nothing wrong. Title max didn't do there job file there paper work go pick up the car go to court etc. Im the victim and i wont back down i did demand 10, 000 and even gave a itemized list of the item cost of item cost to replace my car even because there is no fixing my car it is damaged way to bad. I have contacted the new and hopefully they will do something but these days you never know. So that is why i am filing this complaint. I will be filing it against bobby philips as well as iaa. I wont my dodge replaced not fixed replaced and i want the stuff that was stolen replaced as well as well as undue stress and monetary damages. I know if i take this to court the law states that i could get 3 times more then i am asking for. I am not trying to cost anyone anymore money then has to be . If it has to go to court then court cost, lawyer fee's etc will come in as well. Please forgive me i am very out spoken and very upset with the fact that i thought since title max messed up and i never pawned my title or owed them any money or anyone else for that matter for my dodge avenger then they would make it right. Someone please help and make them make what they did right and pay the 10, 000.00 im asking for. I will provide you with anything needed to help me recover the damages.

What time will be good for you on Monday? I want to make our position very clear, TitleMax did not steal your vehicle. It was pledged as collateral by another person and it was only when the vehicle was repossessed that we learned it had been declared abandoned at some point and sold to you. We have made every arrangement for you to retrieve the vehicle. Instead, you have refused to retrieve it and are pressing the damage issue. If it would make you feel better, I would be happy to have an independent third-party mechanic diagnose the vehicle and tell us exactly how and when the vehicle was damaged. Would you like to do that?

here is a fact a court order would not have been signed by a judge if they had not been notified by certified mail one in the first 3 days after it was impounded then at 30 days and by the court as well.
