I spoke to a manager I believe by the name of Sarah Ford but I assume I was disconnected (uncertain). Now when I call the store to resume my concern, there is never a manager there to speak to. What is going on?! One day I'm told The employee I spoke to (Sarah Ford) no longer works there. Then I call to be sure the following day and suddenly she's off and will be back the next day. I call that day and she's doesn't work there once again. (Becoming aggravated) I then call the day after that and she's off that day but will be in the following. No other manager available to speak to me either. Is this a joke? A game or something or is everyone hallucinating and delusional? I'm not sure what these kids are doing in the location but it's rude and very unprofessional. I don't know any other business where a general manager or manager or assistant of some sort, is not available. Nobody has the capacity to provide a number to the regional office for loganville, Ga either. I've all but given up on my concerns and... no. I've just determined that I will not leave myself to be treated as a fool of sorts. Thanks anyway for what used to be courteous, kind staffed and professional and efficient establishment. As far as the recent management.. the once pleasurable experience has become... "just another McDonald's on the corner or the run down Burger King in the neighborhood". Filled with unappreciative, disrespectful children who lack any sense of responsibility or moral obligation and respect for an average consumer. The family friendly feeling has left the building and my very person.
Desired outcome: The telephone should be answer by an experienced superviser. Leave the kids at home.
Sonic Drive-In - Employee
I called the sonic drive in on Athens highway in Loganville, Ga to address a bad experience with an order and spoke with a woman who gave the name "Sarah". Before the phone call was ended, I could clearly hear her say "GOD, she was a [censored]" to (I assume) another employee. Now I understand people have freedom of speech and can say what they want, but this was offensive and unprofessional. This experience left me questioning whether or not I really give this impression to other people i interact with and It's (to say the least) damaging. Upsetting as it was, this individual is fortunate that the lord walks with me and does not permit me to respond to negative people or insults directly. Otherwise, I would walk right in there and bless her with the feeling of regret. I hope she sees my complaint and knows that I heard her words because "GOD" didn't. He was here next to me. I would ask the lord to bless her but I sincerely doubt that she would appreciate it.
Desired outcome: To forget what was already forgiven
