I was looking for a dental discount so I called carington dental discount plan they share a contract with all aspen dental clinics (as I later found out) I paid for 1 yr membership and was referred to aspen dental I called to shedule a appt for a free consultation. Upon arrival I spoke to someone in the billing (payment) dept I told her that I needed to extract 2 top frontal teeth and that I was looking for a fair price for 2 implants. She told me that each implant will cost me $3, 000 even after the 20%off from carington (the same price for any in any other dentist w/ o the discount) and extract 2 bottom teeth in the back that were loose she started to tell me that I needed to extract 10 teeth I told her that I needed to see the dentist first because that was too many teeth to extract w/o reason or explantion so the dentist told me the same as she that I needed to extract 10 teeth so I went along according to the expert so I thought. I paid $7, 508 for scaling, cavaties, top and bottom partials and at my request 4 bottom frontal crowns to match with the top. After 8 impressions on 8 seperate appts and 8 crowns later no crowns were fit because they shaped my frontal bottom teeth into a pointy spear to fit the crowns over them but because the shaped them crooked none fit and they all looked too tall and bulky, they look like halloween teeth I asked to be givin the remainder of my money back to my credit card for non procedures and I was told there was no $ to be givin back and I heard someone from their staff say call the sheriff s on her (me) so I said please do because I need to make out a complaint to take to court for fraud., my payment records were denied to me as well as my xrays, looking on social media 5 months later. I found the chief executive to all aspen dental here in georgia so I text explaining the facts and the next day someone scheduled a appt to come in to return $3, 255 on my credit card owed to me and my xrays but not the payment record. I believe that they gave back less $. Aspen dental extracted xtra teeth to sell me fake teeth, I never got my permanant top frontal partial with 1 dented in tooth that I did not have and the back partial I paid never fit and the bottom crowns all have a hugh gap in the back that cuts my tongue everytime I speak and food goes in it and eventually I ll lose those too, its going to cost me more money to reverse the damages done by aspen dental shody, unprofessional work done in my mouth, money that I don t have.
