I placed a $19.47 order through the drive-thru yesterday, 12/23/19 at 2:49 pm. Order #397004, order #504, Cashier Sebastian (according to receipt). I trusted that my food was all in the bag. I asked the employee at window #2 where the food is given out (vs window #1 was for paying only) if all the food was in the bag and the female employee said yes. I should have checked it before pulling off but I didn't. When I got home, 30 mins away, two hard shell beef tacos were left out. The food was thrown in the bag because my two other soft shell steak tacos (the inside of the taco) was laying on the inside bottom of my bag. I did not call the store and complain because I was not going right back. I would like to get my order replaced in the near future. Please make sure the Manager and Staff gets a little more training in customer service or bagging or whatever you want to call it. As far as being respectfull at the window, no complain there.
