Went to the location to Pickup the car as per the confirmation. Absolutely disappointed and shocked when the agent stated we don't have a car for you.
All I wanted my car as per the reservation.
I had to leave the location without any car and completely jeopardized all of mine and family vacation plans.
Traumatic Hertz experience and staff and manager were indifferent and aggressive.
Have been a gold member and renting from HErtz for past 25 yrs.
