They failed to provide title and registration information in a timely manner so that I have not yet been able to obtain a tag for my new vehicle. According to Alabama state law, I have 20 days from purchase date to get a tag, and I still do not have the appropriate paperwork although I purchased the car 18 days ago! In addition, they overcharged the taxes and have not reimbursed me the correct difference. They failed to provide me with a copy of the required "lemon law" information.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
