On Saturday Jan 22 at 4:03 I placed an order to be delivered to my house. The shift manager Ryan took my order. At 4:13 it was put in oven and removed at 4:34 according to the tracker on line. So from 4:34 until 5:08 it said it was being checked by Ryan. I called the store at 5:08 and was told it just left, , , , , Now I did not get my pizza until 5:46 almost a hour in a half after i ordered it. It was COLD
Now when I called at 5:08 spoke to the manager and asked for the Store manager name he said Wyatt I then asked for corp office number he gave me some number that goes straight to voicemail and the mailbox is full so you cant leave message.
I have been a manager in retail for over 10 years and I know you always give correct information, These employees did not.
I called Monday and spoke to a manager Zack he said store, manager Justin New name would be in at 4. I called after 4 he zack said i guess he running late... I told him to have him call me... He said yeah I know I talked to you this morning...
Its now 730 pm I still have not heard anything from this Store manager ...
This store has horrible comments on line and the service I have received is unacceptable
I have been on hold for over 10 mins waiting for them to pick up the phone
