Bought this computer last January. Problems started 3 months later. Called HP numerous times. The first said they had fixed the problem. Next call they said my graphics card was bad but they would not fix it. They would ship me the part and I could put it in. The part arrived with no instructions. Called HP again. Was told to just look at how the old card was connected and try to figure it out. Finally got new card in. Some wires came unhooked while I was attempting to make a repair I had no idea how to do. Called HP back told them what had happened. They "tested" my computer remotely and told me no wires could be unplugged. The sound was not working nor were the SD card slots. Tech ran numerous assessments for over 2 hours only to tell me that the test showed nothing was wrong even though she could hear the speakers not reacting as she keyed them. We never go to the sd problem. Finally after 2 hours and numerous attempts on the techs side to remedy the problem with the same application, I told her I wanted either a on-site tech or a new computer. She told me according to her assessment it was working fine. Finally I lost my temper and asked for a supervisor. After 20 minutes the tech came back on the line to tell me that no one was there to help me and I would have to call back Monday. Bad mistake buying HP. Customer service is for crap and they don't care how much you spend on their products, they are not willing to fix the problems that arise. I will call back Monday. If no resolution is reached, I am going to take it some where to have it assested. Send them the bill and obtain an attorney.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
