I went to Angela at FS in Hawaii Kai, she is the owner. She did not leave the color on my hair long enough to process and my hair is orange. I asked for light brown with lots of blonde streaks, she did a foil. I was a barber in the 80's so I knew it was not going well from the start when the foils she put in had slipped half way down my hair shaft during the process . I went back and she attempted to fix it but it still turned out orange. She applied color to my hair 11 times in 2 sessions of 5 hours each. I told her when she was reapplying that it was not going to come out due to not letting it sit for long enough, she was nervous and excessively speaking Korean to the other girl in the salon (I have some of this recorded, but I do not speak Korean).
It was terrible and now my hair may have to be all cut off because it is so damaged. I have spent so much money on top of the line conditioners since that time in hopes to repair it. I am not putting any heat on it so I look terrible as I have always flat ironed or curled my hair, I'm afraid if I do it will just all break off.
