Fantastic Sams Cut & Color review: Violated

Went to FS just before Christmas in New Richmond Wisconsin. I told Kristina I just wanted a trim to my collarbone as I had long hair that had thinned from meds but coming back strong. I showed her the new growth and told her I was waiting for it to catch up to the rest. I just want a trim across the bottom as my hair is one length and I have never had bangs.
She’d rolled my head forward so I couldn’t see the length. Well not only did she cut off all the length to very short, She layered and thinned it and chopped it to the roots in some places. I look like a cancer patient. This had to been done on purpose. No other explanation unless she was drunk and on drugs. I can’t even go out in public and had to get cheap extensions that clip in to go to Christmas. That takes a while to do especially with a frozen shoulder. I went to see the manager as she was going to see if there was anything she could do. She acknowledged the mitigation and apologized because there was nothing she could fix. I emailed corporate! I put before and after pics on social media where several stylists could not believe what she had done to me.
FS offered to pay for my next two cuts (like that is ever going to happen). She totally robbed my looks and I’m having depression from it because it’s that bad. I can’t go out and enjoy my life and don’t want to see anyone. I want them to pay for this. Extensions that are easy to put in and I am thinking about suing as this is a personal injury. We have all had bad cuts but you can’t even put this in the same category. Another stylist said I was hacked and jacked. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I left and the look on my family’s face when I got home just made it worse. I added one before and two after. I had been crying in the after pics. Sorry
