I spent 3 hours today picking out products for my stores, but when I was done, I walked over to check out. I received no hello, no how was your shopping, instead of the boy that was checking me out only asked if I needed a bag. I told him it was in my car so I was going to get it.
When I got back and tried handing him the bag, and he immediately told me he couldn't pack my bag. I asked since when and he said since co-vid began. I was flabbergasted! I had an entire cart full of items! He also didn't appreciate me asking him why because he had the worst attitude. I then asked to speak to the manager and he said "I'm the manager)! As if he was God himself. He continued ringing my items but was flinging them in disgust. I asked him to fold them properly or have another person ring me up. I was livid by then! He said"you don't have to shop here" I mean sooooo disrespectful!
I spend at least $1000 a month at Ross restocking inventory for 3 online stores and this is how I was treated today. I never had to pack my own bags. Nevertheless, the next person in line was a white woman; you should have seen how he gave her a genuine smile and asked to help her at his register.
I left $500 of products right at the register! I'm over the way THEY treat US in this country! He thinks what he did is ok but I'm not letting this one lie; I'm telling everyone my experience.
