In October of 2014 my husband was laid off work for four months. During this time all our bills mostly went unpaid due to no financial funds coming in. But up until this time everything had been paid on time including our wells fargo credit card. In June 2015 my husband was sued over his credit card and when we received the judgement for it, it stated nothing for payments to be made by the 20th of July. On Nov. 1st I tried to use my debit card at the store and it was declined. On Nov 2nd we called [protected] that was listed in our bank account that showed a withdraw of 891.80. During the first conversation they proceeded to tell my husband that he should have called to make payment arrangements. Due to the court papers saying nothing we had no idea what to do or who to call to ask we have never been sued before this is our first and only time. When my husband asked how often and how much will they continue to debit our account for a debt we had no idea we had to make payment arrangements for, because we have 2 small children to take care of, the lady laughed at him then said its not my problem and I don't have to tell you anything. She also informed him if he doesn't pay the debt she will find a way to get the money by any means necessary and we will not receive any refund and hung up on him. My husband called again a second time to try to make arrangements for payment and asked to speak to a manager due to his previous treatment and second person refused his requests for a manager. They told him to contact the attorney. In all the years we have banked with wells fargo we have never received this kind of treatment and have no money to support our family and our account is now sitting negative.I would like help setting my account to rights and half the money at least that they have taken. Had we know what we were supposed to do we would have taken care of it at the appropriate time. We have contacted wells fargo attorney and they made arrangements for $93.00 a month starting no sooner then January 2016.

Recent NBC news documents Wells Fargo CEO has a benefit packet of $20, 000, 000 year. During the good times and the bad times: twenty million a year! Convicted of CRIMINAL activity by the courts for various activities including: illegal foreclosure of active military mortgage clients during their deployement. Deceptive credit card info and truly outrageous interest rates even for good customers with good credit. But like it or not, during the "hard times" they will turn on you and "demand" prompt mortgage payments. Eventhough, one is paying a late fee, phone calls start daily at 8AM to 8PM. Paying nearly $1000 a year in late fees during "governor's state of emergency in Calif." and moratorium on evictions. Where is all the "relief money". I bet Wells Fargo got a check...the only way evil triumps is if the good do nothing. tWENTY MILLION A YEAR!
