I attend the Twin Falls, Idaho location. First I want to say they have a great staff and do a good job of keeping it clean. I would like to share a few observations with you.
1. I don't understand why you clean the ab section during peak usage. If you need to clean, clean the 360 or the 30 minute areas seeing they used less. The staff ties the ab area up from 5:30 to 7:30. Being open 24 hrs during the week, can't you do your deep cleaning at night? You have the peak app to see when it is busy, please don't clean during peak times or have a better game plan.
2. Not happy you cut your hours back. I joined and paying for a 24/7 club. Now you are cleaning durning peak times and cut back your hours, not impressed.
3. In Twin Falls when you come in during peak times you can't get to the free weights section because of usage. The other night I counted over 13 tread mills cardio machines not being used which didn't count other types of cardio machines such as the bikes. Twin Falls folks are of a different mind set than let's say maybe Seattle. We are farming, hunting, camping community.
4. It is hard to get to the chest machines during peak times. It generally takes several attempts to get at these machines or free weights. If I am on a time frame, having to wait to get to a machine sucks.
5. In the men's restroom instead of paper towels you have a hand air blower machine and I understand saving the tree and such. Problem being if I cough or sneeze while using this machine and have the virus, that blower has just spread it thru out the bathroom for everyone to enjoy. If I didn't wash my hands well enough and I have the virus on my hands, again we all get to enjoy the virus.
6. In the Twin Falls area during the summer as with many areas we have poor air quality's due to the forest fires. As a company I would promote the clean fresh air we offer for your work out. That if you have installed special filters. Even having a few extra air cleaners set around the floor would be a great selling point maybe even ones that have the up light that kills viruses I am correct.
7. Maybe have folks come in at peak times with a certain agenda such as weight lifting, cardio, doing legs, etc. and see if the facility is meeting the requirements of the customers. Then report back to management of what machines, equipment are being used and not used. Could save the the company a lot of money. Example free weights cost a whole lot less to maintain than tread mill which you need a service agreement and requires electricity to run. Hate to pay your electric bill. Electricity requires coal plants, dams, which are hard on the environment just saying.
Thank you for your time and consideration
