I ordered furniture from Ashley last Month the payment is due today. As a promotion Ashley said that they have vouchers for 3 months (they will pay the payment) for 3 months. I went in the store to ask about the voucher and they kept pushing me off, then as I was clearly frustrated he handed me a piece of paper and that has information about our reward. We never got this. We went on the website and it says our vouchers have expired. We were never told about them expiring. We assumed that they just paid and we were set. The associate (manager) said well if it expired then it did. Nothing we can do about it. We bought the furniture because of this promotion. We are at a loss.
