My name is Mohamad Dina and I'm trying to make a complaint about Julissa Cotts which is the manager of Planet Fitness club at 8741 S Harlem Ave, Bridgeview, IL 60455.

I got banned of entering all Planet Fitness Clubs because the manager banned me of entering it. The reason was is because I asked her to do a 10 minutes massage and asked her to do it for my guest too. She said the guest is not allowed to do a massage but I can do a massage because I have a black membership. I told her that's fine I'll take a 10 minutes massage. She said ok I will do it but your friend (guest) cannot enter the room with you in a rough (bad) way. Then she started talking more and more in a bad way and I told her that she cannot talk to me like that because I just asked her why my guest cannot come with me to the massage room and it's actually an opened massage room for all customers but no one can get in except the black memberships. Then we left the gym and I came back the next day and I found that I was banned of entering any Planet Fitness in the whole State. I asked her for the reason and she didn't tell me anything but she started saying that I broke the policy of the gym and she said that I was talking in a rude way but I didn't say anything but the truth. Then I told her that she was the one who started talking in a rude way then I left and she followed me outside the gym and started talking in a bad way to me then I had to respond her the same way she was talking to me. She has a lot of bad reviews on Planet Fitness website.
