This is about the store in Carbondale, Illinois. I was told 10 weeks for my furniture or sooner. It has been 26 weeks so far. Still no furniture. I was told they would not charge my account until delivery and they charged it immediately. The manager (Mike) admits he gets my messages but doesn't return my calls. He was supposed to be taking care of the billing issue and never did. Some of my furniture came in 2 weeks ago, I have been calling every 3 days and no one from the warehouse will call to schedule delivery. I am ready to call Dateline, 60 minutes or someone in the local news media to investigate this company! They never say they are sorry and don't offer any discounts for my issues
