Dunkin' Donuts - horrible customer service

The purpose of this message is to describe the unethical, disrespectful, and unwelcoming treatment of the old brownish short lady who works during the afternoon hours at Dunkin Donuts, which is located on 4045 West Lawrence Avenue, Chicago, IL . The store number is 301124, and the phone number is [protected]. This female worker has features of being from Pakistan.
First, she does not let customers go to the restroom. She does not want to unlock the door for them. Second, customers are waiting at least 10 minutes for her to take their order in the situation when there are not even any customers before this customer. Third, she does not know the prices of the items or charges the customer different prices then the price for the item the customer has bought (I.e. she does not know how to use the computer system for the items). When the customer states that this should not be the price, she keeps repeating the same price she has originally chosen and pressed the bottom on the computer. She asks the younger workers what is the price of the items, and they know it. However, even after the younger workers tell her the correct price, she keeps repeating her own price. In addition, in the middle of the unresolved issue caused by her unsophisticated and incompetent mistake, she leaves the cash register unattended and goes to the washroom.
In addition, she is not willing to obey the Dunking Donuts policy for rewarding people when they take a survey. On the receipt it states that if people buy medium or larger donut, they can get a free donut. However, she does not give the free donut, even if people show her the code.

In fact, people, don’t need their donuts. Four donuts at Jewel Osco cost one dollar, which makes 25 cents each. People don’t need their disrespectful attitude because there are other places where people can even buy 4 big donuts for 1 dollar.

My co-worker went in to get coffee from our local dunkins. The girl filling the order is kinda new, I myself have seen her a few times before. Well she over flowed the cup and the coffee was dripping down the side . Instead of whipping it off with a napkin
SHE LICKED IT OFF FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE CUP TO THE TOP. My Co-worker is so upset that she threw out the cup and has not gone back. Excuse me but who the hell licks the cup? What else has she been licking in the store. That's just not right.

I for one have not gone back since my friend said that.
