On November 27,2024 I attended an orientation session at the Dunkin' Donuts located at 3000 Lake Washington Road, Melbourne, Florida. The session lasted two hours. Despite multiple requests, I have not received payment for my time spent during the orientation. Additionally, I have not been provided with my rightful share of the company tip pool for the month of December.

I have been persistently requesting these payments for the past 15 days, but the management at this Dunkin' Donuts location has refused to comply with my requests. Their refusal to pay for my orientation time and my share of the tips is not only unfair but also a violation of labor laws.

I am hopeful that bringing this issue to light will prompt action and ensure that I receive the compensation that I am entitled to.
