reisterstown rd baltimore, md#304365
I am livid, posed and beyond upset.
Went to the location at 7000 Reisterstown Road this morning 8:02 AM.
This place is an absolute disaster and disappointment.
We simply order 2 toasted bagels a coffee and chai. What we received was POOR selection, POOR customer service and extra charges.
My mistake, I expected my usual Starbuck experience.
I was charged 1.00 for almond milk, not told it was extra, charged .25 for 1 jelly and cream cheese, are you SERIOUS RIGHT NOW?
We could not understand a word the cashier was saying and she was unnecessary rude and could care less.
I was in a rush, so no time for refund. I paid 10.13 for nothing. Do NOT expect service, selection or reasonable price for what was received. My food was cold and chai was 1/2 after the "foam" subsided.
Never Again and I will tell everyone about my horrible experience. DD should be ashamed of themselves! !
poor product service.
I entered the Drive thru at the location 482 Smith St. Perth Amboy, N.J. 08861.
I ordered 2 Croissants, one toasted, one not toasted. I was given 2 plain not even toasted; Bagels. Also the person at the window that took the order & gave me my food was complaining. I tipped the guy anyway and left.
I feel that the Franchise owner dhould be made aware that there is a problem & maybe train their workers better. Thank You.
unsanitary conditions
Hello, I usually don't go inside DD but DT was out of control so I parked and went in this morning. After I had the chance to order my coffee and wait where you pick up the order, first I noticed a drink of some sort with a straw in the area where the food is prepared, after that the employee that owned that drink picked it up with her gloves on and drink from that drink put it down and with the same gloves continued preparing food. I didn't get anything to eat this day but somebody did and could have or even may have gotten sick. I think this lady is a supervisor also. She knows better. I love this DD so it really saddens me that this has occurred. But it doesn't surprise me because this type of behavior tends to always happen here in Hagerstown Maryland. This happened at your newest location off of 81/Maugansville exit directly off the highway. Please address this issue, thank you! Have a great day!
the worst customer service
This is regarding the location at 1750 m Milwaukee in Glenview Illinois. I visit this location regularly and just started noticing this guy there in the nights that doesn't speak clearly, can't understand his English and he took forever to make my order. I was not given a receipt and when I asked for one I was told the printers are not working. I found this kind of odd and weird. I was there again this past Sunday and there he was again in the afternoon shift and when I noticed him I just pulled away without getting my food. This location has gotten really bad in the past couple of months. I'm going to another one now.
iced coffee
6/15/2017
To whom this may concern,
My name is George Al-Akel and I this complaint is in reference to location 1900 New Willow Rd, Northfield, IL 60093. I went through the drive through on a 90 degree day to get me and my co-workers iced coffee. When the employee mentioned they have no ice. While I understand thing and machines tend to malfunction, I find it very discomforting for a company like Dunkin Donuts not have a back plan for a basic need like ice. I was very upset and had to drive 5 miles to another location. How does a company that promotes ices coffee not have any ice...very unprofessional.
Regards,
George Al-Akel

customer service/treatment
Dunkin Donuts on 524 Broadway in Everett Ma is terrible! The management and staff do not value customer service. I pulled up to the drive through window on 6/13/17. I ordered a English muffin and a medium hot tea(extra cream and two sugars). When I pulled up to the window, I was told that my total was $3.58. I handed the employee $5.00 and proceeded to tell her that I had change. She was not paying attention and cashed me out without taking the change. When I asked her to take the change she told me that she could not because she had already cashed me out and there was a line behind me. I was livid because of the following:
1. She was not paying attention
2. She was rushing me through the line and was not concerned about providing good customer service(a small argument erupted)
3. She was very rude and proceeded to argue with me instead of taking my change and giving me two single dollar bills
4. She called her manager over who proceeded to silence me instead and trying to figure out what the issue was
5. She then handed me a cup of tea with no sugar and a dirty cup cover. When I asked for a clean cup cover, she replaced it with another dirty top. I had to ask a third time for a clean cup cover. Mean while customers are behind me waiting to receive their portion of terrible service
Each time I visit this Dunkin Donuts, the experience is always bad. They never make the orders correctly and very rarely provide napkins. On several occasions, I sat at the drive through intercom for 3-5 minutes before anyone answered to take my order. The truth of the matter is that with business from MBTA employees and the Casino Workers, Dunkin Donuts would have very little business. However, myself and many of my coworkers will now be avoiding this place like the plague! It's almost as if they don't train their employees. Management and staff should never argue with a customer; it's really bad for business. The manager on duty was a Hispanic male, and he's horrible. I have to blame him for his staff's behavior because management dictates how a store is run.
Terribly Disappointed
service
I just visited Dunkin Donuts at 440 Mass ave in Boston, MA. I ordered my food and waited to use the restroom. A man came out of the b room and I asked if I could use it and I was told by the employee that it was broken. So I asked if I could speak to the manager and she refused to let me speak to the manager or give me her name. Im an army veteran that has just got home. I love Dunkin' Donuts and I am there multiple times a day. I feel like I have been descriminated against because of the color of my skin. I will never return to this location due to the utter disrespect from the staff.
dunkin north st benn vt
I have never been treated so poorly as I do when I go to the dunkin in benn on north street.. Amber is so unprofessional... She is not only the rudest person i've ever met she also shows favoritism with certain costumers... She has been seen treating people badly and gives this 1 particular girl with rotten teeth xtra donuts every morning... She called in a receipt for a free donut and tried telling me it was not a valid code although I just completed the servey minutes before in front of my fiancé and it def was a valid code... I spend sometimes 15 dollars per day at this place just to be treated like crap...
Amber is DISPICABLE... she has made it so many people won't even go to the North St Dunkin... She is rude and miserable... she hate her life ok dont work in public and act UNPROFESSIONAL just because u are NOT a happy with yourself...I will NEVER Visit this store again...

employee security
I am working to one of the Dunkin donut stores . And this place is always full of young kids whom always yelling on crew members and disturb customers at the store. Today( 6/1/2017) one of the young boy enter to the store and come behind the counter and punch one of the crew member on his face and all the place was covered with blood. It was a scary moment of my life. This was a second incidence in the store. Unfortunately all the employees have been complaining about the boys to the district manager, area manager and the owners to hire a security guard. But they failed to take action and they let this scary thing to happen. They only worried about their business they don't care of their employees. I am really disappointed. Is this how employees secure at Dunkin
customer service
I recently purchased a frozen coffee from my local dunkin donut store and had terrible service from girll in charge. Not only are there commercials on tv but there is also a sign as you go thru drive thru to order. It clearly states that the small frozen coffee is only $1.99. The girl in charge argued with me that it's for coladas and not coffee. I told her to look at the sign but she replied that if it's true she would need to take down the sign and walked away. Obviously very unprofessional, poor customer service, and needs to be trained on her job and current promotions and needs the knowledge to do her job.
misrepresentation of products
In a nationwide franchise that specializes in baked goods, particularly breakfast foods, it is not acceptable to substitute margarine for butter on a regular basis without warning the consumer in question. While there may be issues with maintaining real butter at a spreading temperature, there are ways to cope with that problem without simply selling an ENTIRELY different product in place of it. I am referring to the (I believe) nationwide practice of passing off baked goods spread with margarine as baked goods spread with butter without informing the customer of the substitution. This is misrepresentation of the product provided at the most basic level and really can't be tolerated. I travel frequently, and have found this to be a regular (and nauseating) practice throughout the country. Worse than the science project eggs and the "steak" patties laced with chemicals. Who makes these decisions, and HOW do they get away with it?
bagel
I ordered a whole wheat bagel with veggie cream cheese. When I got my order, the bagel was burnt and there was almost no cream cheese at all on the bagel. The guy who took my order was rude and had no people skills whatsoever. This is a more frequent thing, and I will have to take my business to Starbucks...I'd rather pay a little more and have it right and delicious than gross and wrong.
terrible service and lack of listening skills.
I went to Dunkin' and ordered two large s'more iced coffees . The was supposed to be large with double cream and double sugar . The other was just the s'more flavoring no cream no sugar . And two sausage egg and cheese croissants . I come to the window i only receive one sandwich and I get both iced coffees . Ask for a cup carrier 4 times didn't get one. Both coffees almost white for how much cream was in there and I said can I have a different iced coffee, the girl rolled her eyes and another sandwich because I asked for two but I'll pay for anothe right now . She did it then I pulled up and they ran my iced coffee out .. which still had cream in it and sugar . Maybe if they spent more time working than talking things like this wouldn't happen . Fast food is not that hard .
mistreatment of employees
I have been working for Dunkin Donuts on Hartford Rd. in Manchester since I was 18 years old and I am about to be 24. I took a year away and came back and while there have always been some issues in the workplace, that was nothing compared to now. I work on sandwich station and they keep me over there five days a week all morning by myself. I can handle a big workload but sometimes especially now that we are busier it is stressful and hard to maintain. In the midst of a busy morning, there are things I am not exactly on point with. I'll forget to stock certain things etc. I get paid minimum wage and am doing a two person job and they are on me about everything. To expect me to do my job is understandable, but I feel that they are being harder on me than everyone else. There are people who don't do as they are asked, are on their phones, and overall do not do their job the correct way. These people walk around, take longer breaks than allowed and overall take advantage as much as they can. They do not get in trouble for these things or written up and I feel like I am being targeted more than everyone else. These employees also are very childish and make rude comments to me every day. About my appearance and harass me as I get more frustrated with stress. Shift leaders and assistant managers talk about employees behind their back, work related things and personal things. Management is unprofessional and at this point, I don't feel like I can go to anyone to help me. I am miserable working there and try my hardest to go there and just do my job and go home. If I didn't need a job, I would have quit already. No matter who I talk to no one seems to care, so this was my last resort and final course of action. I am now trying to look for work elsewhere because these work conditions are unacceptable to me. Not only am I being mistreated but there is now no one to go to for guidance because management is part of the problem.
I have just decided to look elsewhere for employment, I believe that this is just the way dunkin donuts are run, and I will be leaving asap.
harassment from the owner of the store
When I was leaving the dunking donuts store... He followed to the back of the store where theres no cameras and sexual touch my buttocks.. Im a married man I told him and if you ever touch me again I will "# you up"the manager said all I want to do is suck your # no one will know than I said im callimg the police... He said theres no cameras here to see us no will believe you... Im complaining to you to remove him I have my lawyer all ready starting my lawsuit agaist this store... Thank you have a nice day... Sincerely nicholas florio
If you had just let him suck your [censor] we wouldn't have to crush you and your "lawyer" in a court of law. there's no cameras. no one would have known.
Now everyone knows.
store at 300 monroe ave rochester new york
I self work in the food service industry and understand that equipment malfunctions. However, I believe there is a professional way of handling this. While, in drive thru at this location on Thursday May 18th, 2017, I witnessed bags of ice be brought to the list action on a dirty pick up truck where the manager proceeded to open the garbage bags of ice and dump it in the ice bin straight off the back off the truck. Mind you, the ice was hitting the dirty tailgate the whole way down. The gentleman driving the truck was assisting with extremely dirty hands. During this time, an employee ran out the back door with a cup for my ice coffee to grab the dirty ice from the bin. Beyond unprofessional and an extreme health hazard. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AND FEEL THAT IF THIS IS THE DUNKIN STANDARD, SHOULD BOYCOTT DUNKIN ALL TOGETHER.
franchise owner/manager huntersville, nc
The worst dd and the worst owner/management ever. I never leave reviews good or bad. But huntersville deserves a better dd for sure. Arrogance, disrespect, hard headed owner/manager. Worst customer service. Unbelievable. I have been a regular customer for over two years, for six months I try to explain myself over and over again just because I ask for my coffee to be light and sweet! They do not get it they do not want to hear me saying it as if it is french! The manager insisted for many months to call it extra cream/extra sugar, until they finally accepted the weird terminology called light and sweet! Then for me to ask for my bagel to be cut in half, oh that is a big no, first we do not do that, then call it cut it in 4 pieces and so on, everyday an argument as if he is from a different world "he is". Not only that, but after all these arguments, they still mess up the orders, of course because the manager is so rude and full of himself, thinking himself is managing a nuclear power station not a a little coffee shop. All this time, and I was very patient. Until, all of a sudden, my bagel with butter became an issue, he decided that I have to tell them to make my bagel with non-spread butter and if I don't they have to ask whether I want non-spread butter on it or real butter on the side! What in the world is wrong with this guy? Even he knows me and knows how I like my bagel "I go there everyday", he still wants to hear it! This is truly sad, for whoever has saved some money to open a business and ruin a brand for the whole area. I love dd, but there is no way I am going back to this franchise. I would hope all huntersville dd fans to avoid this store and force this owner to get out of there. Do not go there please.
wrong order and customer service
On May 11 the my order was taken through the drive thru, once I got to the window and paid, the cashier instructed me to pull up front and wait for my order, needless to say I waited well over 10 minutes for my order to be brought out, only to find out, while en route to work, that the order was not what I ordered and the items were of lesser value of what I paid for. Mind you 2 weeks prior I had a coupon for an extra large coffee and the cashier would not honor coupon because they were all out of xl cups, she was not even accommodating for an exchange for something comparable. The cashier(manager) had a bad attitude and lacked conflict resolution skills. This the worst dunkin donuts in terms good customer service in my area. There are not too many drive thru's and this one is the only one near my house. I've lately trying out the one near my job in Montclair, NJ but no drive thru, but very pleasant attitudes and inviting, but getting out of my car to go in makes me late for work. All of this to say the Dunkin Donuts on 311 Springfield Avenue, Newark NJ #313 employees and manage need mandatory customer service training. I've had too many bad experiences there to go in further detail. You must think why do I keep going back? 1. To support my community, 2. I love DD coffee and I need it some mornings. And 3. Hoping that the service will improve.
