Today is saturday october 11, at 10:30 am.this store is located on syracuse univarsity campus, on saturdays there are always sport games that ate scheduled days an even months in advance.the store manager is never here on saturdays the stores most busy day of the week, the store manager never has enough staff to handle these types of crouds so the customers suffer poor poor service! the staff are always untrained young kids left with no proper leadership to run one of the most popular coffee house on the campus.the staff that works under the manager liz.try there hardest to serve the crowd they are left to deal with.not only is this totally unfair to the customers but its totally unfair to these young employes working for alot less than what that manger makes an they

Today I got a coffee at the drive through in North Chicago on MLK Memorial Drive. And for the 4th time this month, though I had emphasized no sugar in my order, I came home and took a sip and it's got sugar. On top of that I had to wait for several minutes due to slow drive through time...just for them to get my order wrong!
When an employee has problems or concerns about the store an you go ask your employer for help an he cant even answer tells you he'll check it out..never gets back to you. when you keep complaining they tell you to quite ur bi**hing.you get your hours an pay cut... thats what happens when you work everyday, stay late, an help when its needed..nice way to treat dependable workers.

Walked into dunkin donuts on the blvd with a coupon and handed it to Rachel employee she was very rude about not taking it was very rude with her tone. I will never go to this store again I've been coming here for five yrs now and one employee ruined it . Terrible service terry and bonnie
The store by my mother's house was selling the $10 coffee books at Christmas time last year. I received one of these as a gift from my mother. She bought several of these books. Now we find out that the same Dunkin Donuts where these books were bought - will not accept the coupons! She spent a lot of money on these books and now they can not be used anywhere near where we live! This is a total scam!
Every time I go to this particular Dunkin Donuts they are allways out of donuts and the ones they do actually have are always stale. I always order a mocha iced coffee and no matter who makes it, it is always made horribly and always different. The staff are not friendly at all either. Very dissapointed. This is the one in Ocala right by the interstate, you would think they would be really good considering the location.
This complain is to the one they call 'Ricky'. I am directing this to him because he is a mousey little ### who thinks he can mess with peoples hearts. His flawless chiseled face, ambiguous body, and dyed greenish-bluish hair. This boy is every mans dream, and my complaint is my broken heart, and my solo steak dinner date, I wish he had joined me.

I visit the dunkin donuts at Melbourne, Florida (Eau Gallie Road store) quite often. There seems to be little training for their new employees.
Several times I have waited while the server went for help in filling and ringing up orders. Once, late at night a blue shirted employee was outside in a car smoking when I went inside. I don't think the smoke was tobacco ?
I can not get a consistent drink at Dunkin Donuts. I just paid $4.00 for a Cappuccino with no froth for about the 5th time. I will not be going back, as I find it unacceptable to spend that much on lukewarm milk.
Worker refused to return unopened bottle of water because the manager was not there. Worker spoke in Spanish assuming I did not understand her when she told a co-worker the real reason she was not returning my money was because the manager said not to return anything.
