Have been a customer for 40 years and I go to several different Dunkin’s in Arizona specifically Phoenix/Scottsdale area.
I have asked Mgrs several times if they could turn the music down just a little so you could have a conversation or at least make a phone call and hear yourself think.
Their reply has been we’ve been told by corporate that we have to keep the volume up.
A lot of people are going to quit going to Dunkin’ Donuts because they come in here to relax have a cup of coffee, something to eat and chill and we’re not going to happy hour at 10 o’clock in the morning listening to crazy music so loud you can’t hear yourself think.
My question is, why are you not allowing the staff to turn the music down to a reasonable level? You have TVs in your locations, but no one can even hear what they’re saying on the TV because of the music.
I continue to go to Dunkin’ Donuts because I love your coffee more than any other place but if you don’t do something about your music volume me instructions…..my 40 years of patronage will have to come to an end.
Thank you
