Decline in donut quality complaint!
This is the second week in a row that we've noticed a decline in product quality at Dunkin Donuts (Annapolis Maryland). The donuts appear smaller, greasier, less appetizing, less appealing colors, less wholesome and do not taste the same as they did just a couple of months ago. The chocolate tastes off. The blueberry tastes like something one would get out of a freezer box and cook in a microwave. The glazed is the saddest. It's hardly risen, and the coating is almost non-existent. I used the last of my Christmas coupon books to buy this dozen. We never used to have left-over donuts. But, I'll bet that about half of this dozen will be thrown away or half-eaten... just like the dozen we bought last week. I've very disappointed. No more Dunkin Donuts for me. That's probably a good thing though. They're probably the worst thing we could be eating in the morning.

Ordered a egg sandwich and was asked what I wanted it on said anything I don't know what you have no answer or response
also a plain bagel they didn't have. Drove to the window and was told by a non friendly person no order was taking and to go around again to order. I said no and went to the other store at the end of town .

Due to health issues, always ask for decaffeinated coffee. They continually serve me regular coffee which has a very ill effect. I always stress, is it decaffeinated and they lie and tell me yes. To be treated like that for a lousy cup of coffee is just awful. They do this repeatedly.
I have 6 stores within 5 miles of my house I have been to each one and can't seem to get a drinkable cup of coffee anymore I guess im going to honey dew or starbucks
It was bad enough when the reward points system changed. It takes 900 points to get the same thing I used to get for 200. Yesterday, I got an email expecting my free birthday drink, which I have received for several years. Now they only give 3X points on a drink you buy, and it is only good for 3 days. My hours weren’t documented for the hours I worked since it was my first week. I ended up quitting but I did work 2 shifts for a total of 8 hours and I only received pay for 4 hours. I contacted that store’s manager by text but I haven’t received any acknowledgment. Hopefully we can resolve this soon.

does not recognize my log in, 2 days ago mobile app would not let me log in did not recognize my email, as much money as I spend with DD you would think there would be better customer service,
Rock Hill SC, the new app doesn't allow me the free coffee that I drink almost daily, also if you do try to redeem your rewards, the rewards are deducted even when you can not use the for the items that you have purchased. need to go back to the old app, at least I could use the rewards for the same coffee that I drink daily!
