customer relations
Allen Nielson and his manager Mrs Brady at the Clinton CT. Store on main St had me trasspassed from that store for something that never happened and could not supply the local police with a video to show that anything actually happen. The police came to my home accusing me of a problem which never happen. Days later after a visit to the E.R. I went to get a prescription filled across the street from said D&D when two police officers approached my truck. They explain that I was looking at the employees from across the street. Irritated I explain that they are harrassing me and I want something done about it. The officer's then went to the Dunkin Donuts and explained that I did nothing wrong...

I am regular customer of DD in a branch near my house - 971, Route 1, Avenel NJ 07001. I own a DD perks card and I had a free beverage earned through points . I got it this morning and Half way through my drink I found stuff getting stuck in my mouth. When I opened the lid, I found weird things floating in my coffee and j have no idea what they are. I have taken pictures of this.
equal access (handicap) staten island dunkin donuts - no parking lines is parking lot - including handicap parking.
The lack of attention to customer care on the part of ownership at your Dunkin Donuts located at 4000 Hylan Blvd. Staten Island, NY is horrendous and gives Dunkin Donuts a bad name. FOR YEARS now the parking lot has no parking lines painted within it. It is a combined parking lot with a Mobile gas station connected but is owned by the same callous owner. I have been going there for years and spend approximately $150 every month at Dunkin Donuts but I am seriously considering switching to Starbucks perhaps because I do not see how a respectable franchise can allow their brand to be so dismissive of reasonable accommodations for its customer base. I have seen and been involved in a few "disagreements in the parking lot because infrequent customers park the wrong way and often box in other customers "on the go" as you say. Many people, including many of the employees at this location have brought it to the attention of ownership there but they just don't care (how greedy can one be -also owns the Mobil Gas station there). IT ALSO HAS NO HANDICAP PARKING designation which many of the customers with handicap avoid the Dunkin Donuts all together. In fact, it has been conveyed to me that this problem led to the leaving of A WONDERFUL MANAGER about 2 years ago. This man was truly a diamond in the ruff. People were literally in& out while he was there. The place was spotless while he was there and that is no longer the case. I knew why this was the case too. During the slower times this man was never idle always had a mop, cleaning rag, etc. in his hand and was working hard. This mangers name was and if he has left the Dunkin Donuts business it would be a shame because he is everything any franchise would want in a manger. I believe his name was Raul. I called NYC Department of Consumer Affairs and the referred me to the Human Rights Commission due to the violation to the Equal Access Law (7 perhaps others) due to the no existence of designated handicapped parking. I will proceed accordingly but wanted "Dunkin Donuts", "The Franchise" to know you have a owner who is undeserving to carry your name.
treatment of customers
First off ill start by saying ... 1. This particular store is known as "junkie dunkies " . Its a hangout for homeless, addicts, dealers, etc. Myself and my colleagues go there at least once a day. The staff is extremely disrespectful. A gentleman that will get loud and embarrass people because he can. Ive seen him tell a female their time was up(15mins allotted for eating) she had to go. She told him he was being rude. She wasn't finished. He responded that she could call someone and he would meet them down the street. The manager just does whatever he says. Bottom line is this gentleman is a bully to which the manager allows. I myself have complained to owner and it falls on deaf ears. This store is a nightmare. I'm afraid for my safety just sharing this. The food and service suffer because of all the drama/nonsense. There are more drug sales, overdoses, fist fights pan handlers at this store than all other Dunkin donuts stores in Brockton, Ma. When someone submits complaints they are definitely ignored. I never seen anything like this. The only way anything can really be fixed is if some secret shoppers as well as Dunkin donuts higher Ups go in unannounced or anonymously to see for themselves. I recommend taking your business to ANY other DD store but this one. Thank you.
The bad stores make it worse for the stores that are really trying. I have never been so humiliated in my life by the treatment I received from Lauren Brady and Allen Nielson of a Clinton CT. Store on East Main St...I need a lawyer who isn't afraid to sue them...

Store located in Pembroke Pines, Sheridan Street and Flamingo Rd
I went into my local Dunkin Donuts with my daughter and her friend We ordered and not only was 1 order of hash browns was missing, but I also ordered a lightly toasted bagel with light cream cheese and looking at the picture, I received no cream cheese and didn't know this until I got home and went to eat my bagel.

charlestown dunkin donuts
I went for a bagel with cream cheese because I am sick of dried out sausage.what I got was 8 ozs of cream cheese smashed into the center of my bagel . I spend anywhere from 2 to 5000 dollars a year here and this is not my first or only complaint but I don't have time to write a book. Now I'm told my complaint is to short to submit so I guess ramble ramble ramble ramble ramble ramble ramble ramble ramble ramble
manager
The manager, Helen, at Dunkin' Donuts was very disrespectful to me on a couple occasions. I have complained a couple times however nothing has been done. I've been going to this DD since this store opened a couple years ago, sometimes twice a day. Unfortunately I will drive to another DD. I will miss most of the employees that I saw daily except for this rude manager. This manager dosent know the basic manners, thank you, sorry, have a nice day and also most importantly have a nice smile!
dunkin donuts skiff street hamden ct
I visit the Duncan Donuts on skiff street this morning and order a sandwich and a orange juice they did not have a assortment of bagels to choose from actually they only had two types of bagels second of all they did not have any orange juice and the young lady who rung me out was very nice but the ugly pregnant black lady had a bad attitude and the weird Pareto Rica lady who made the sandwich bot had major attitudes I just made a comment that they should tell the manager to make sure they order more orange juice because I would think most customer who don't drink coffee would like to have a OJ with their sandwich all I needed from them was a no problem sir we ran out but I with make sure they order more on the next order. Instead I got from the black lady we just don't have any we are allowed to run out of things and then the Pareto Rica one had to chime in and go off along with her so who ever lives in Hayden I will advise you to go to a different store these people are the worse they a never get a dime from me again.
up charge for extra caramel
I visited the Dunkin Donuts on Curry Hollow Road in Pleasant Hills yesterday. I ordered 4 iced coffees with extra caramel which is my usual order. I noticed that the price was higher than usual. I was told there was an 80 cent charge for the caramel. 10 cents per pump. Now i didn't say i wanted 8 more pumps per coffee and was never told there would now be an additional charge of $3.20 to my order. Poor customer service and this charge is way above which should be charged per drink.
I just came from a D and D in Salt Lake City, UT on 5600 W. I stopped by to order 3 Carmel Chocoholic donuts and was told there was an "up charge" of 20 cents per donut. I pointed out that the sign said they were $1.09 and was told that they didn't know what the sign said, but they were charging $1.29 for the new donuts now. I'm sorry, but if the sign still says they are 1.09 isn't that false advertising? I'm so mad that I would gladly pay a higher price...to someone else. I'm wondering now if I was charged more the first time I bought the donuts and no one had the common courtesy to tell me.
service
I went to Dunkin Donuts on 2-13-17 at approximately 2:30pm. This is now the 4th time I was unhappy with the drive through service. There is one employee that is unable to handle the drive through. I say this because there is nothing quick about her. On several occasions I and others included had to leave the drive thru due to this person taking their time. The line was not long at all this particular employee has an attitude that she will only move at her pace. The whole purpose of the drive thru is fast service. The location of this Dunkin' Donuts is convenient however, I will longer use this location due to this employee.
shift leaders and management
I am currently an employee of Dunkin Donuts my name is Danielle Frazier I have work for customer service for a very long time and food service I'm very well aware of how businesses are supposed to be ran and how management and Lee shift leaders are supposed to treat crew just because somebody is in management does not mean that you are allowed to talk to your crew members with disrespect to treat I do my job to my best abilities this is not my first time around I just started working again after being asked to come back I try not to have to make complaints on here I never had to when there was other management but now that other managers have moved to different stores and new shift leaders and management are in place things are not being ran the way they need to be and from my understanding when you get hired if there's any complaint a problem your manager should be able to sit down and talk to you about it and find a solution and this case I am not the only one with the problem with the way the store is being run and who it's being run by there are a lot of things being done in the store that should not be done and I have tried time and time again to talk to a higher up and have yet been able to because of managers telling me that they will deal with it and never anything done.
employee
I was a Dunkin donuts employee in new lenox Illinois in the gas station on cedar st. And rt. 6. This was my first job and was "fired" after putting in my two weeks notice because I had "missed" one of my shifts that I had requested off two weeks before. My manager changed the schedule and then yelled at me for not showing up. (Remind you that I had taken numerous peoples shifts because they did not show up and my manager told me that there were no other people to take the shift so I had to. And this had been one of my first infractions) So I told her that I was sorry if I had missed it and that I will be putting in my two weeks. She told me, "Since u are so busy with faith and family stuff! Got your schedule covered for next week! Good luck in life" so she took work away from me. I was scheduled to work the next week after my text message to her. Is there something I can do about this? Because I believe she was unfair in what she said.
unauthorized credit card charges
1/19/2017 I used my deit card at the captain thomas blvd west haven ct it was about 6:30am. The person at the window acted very suspicous when they took my card. The next day my bank
Closed my card. There were charges from dunkin donuts $50 each and also the lid shop which is a hat shop also for $50 these charges totaled over $350. I did not use my card anywhere
Else that week.
I have also received numerous fraudulent DD charges on my debit card, always for even amounts, 10, 20, etc. Only just realized this. Definitely going to complain to my bank.
I received 3 unauthorized charges from dunking donuts: $25, $25, and $35. I am trying to get in touch with dunking donuts and have been on hold for 16 minutes.
5/10/2018 Had 2 charges for 100.00 each on my credit card for dunkin donuts in jacksonville, fl, I live 5 hours south. What no id check!
I keep having the same problem. Dunkin Donuts in Canton, Ma. tries to withdraw money from my account repeatedly, however I have never been to a Dunkin Donuts in Canton. I live in New Hampshire.
I just had a 50.00 charge on my account to dunkin donuts the card said auto which means online. I don't even go to dunkin donuts
We had two $50. charges on December 5th and four $50 charges on December 6th. We never even GO to Dunkin Donuts, and we live in Louisville KY!
I live in Ohio and had 1 $50 charge 10/13 and 2 days later had 5 more on 10/16. The charges on my back statement show up as Dunkin Donuts Mobi800-447-0013 Ma Tried to call the number and it is their rewards/gift card program been on hold for over and hour and a half so far.
Exactly what happened to me September 6, from Massachusetts, 3-$50 auto reloads, called my bank and they closed my account and did a fraud investigation. I live in Florida. They just tried again at 12:11am but the account they tried to pull from is now closed. Getting DD customer service on the phone is close to impossible
08/19/2017
I woke up at 6:15 am and received a notification that my card was withdrawn which didn't make sense so I checked the activity. It showed that there were 3 charges from POS DEBIT DUNKIN DONUTS AUTO CANTON MA for $99 each. I called my bank to let them know it wasn't me because I always order in person and not online. The bank closed my card and reviewed the fraudulent charges.
service complaint about employee
The employee by the name of hashfat (that was the name given by him) from the store on queens boulevard between 63dr & 63 rd on the south side of the street. Yelled at me & my 17 year old son in (In front of a full line of customers) my son took out a drink from the fridge, to buy. Upon pulling the bottle out of the fridge two other drinks came crashing down to the floor. My son was embaressed & explained that a clear handle that is placed on every row to prevent the bottles from falling off (A little clear piece) was missing, he only noticed this after he looked to see why this happened. He yelled @ us telling us we had to pay for it because he broke it. I would'nt have a problem paying for the broken bottles but ii do have a problem with the way he treated us. Not only did he yell @ an already embaressed person but he humiliated us. I tried to explain that it was broken but he said "not broken in his broken english. I told him to go see it for himself instead of judging but he refused. So, I asked for his name & he responded that if I put in a complaint that he would not let me leave without paying for the broken bottle of juice. I then told him then call the cops. He nevered bother to look me in the eye, he just contineude yelling out load & humiliating, I just walked out. This happened @ approximately 10:20 pm on saturday night january 21st. Please respond, I was so humiliated along with my sons, I will go through whatever channels I need to through to make sure he is reported and reprimanded.

service
On 1/10/17 @ 6:30 PM I went into the Higganum, ct.store for a cup of coffee. Although the lobby closes at 8:00 PM all of the furniture was pushed to the sides and the floor had been mopped. (This wasn't just mopping up some snow .) It was nearly impossible to sit down without having to move the furniture myself. The next thing I saw was the worst. An employee was sitting on the counter, the inside pick up counter, with no shoes on. She was texting and she was sitting sideways with her rear end and stocking feet on the counter. I'm sure that there had to be a manager there. Is this how employees are trained? This type of thing is not at all unusual for this particular store. I found it pretty unbelievable behavior and not an employee batted an eye. I would very much like to have a response to my query.
Thank you for your attention to this matter
incorrect pricing at pvd - providence airport
I ordered a sandwich from the Dunkin' Donuts at PVD airport. The sign stated $3.89 but I was charged $4.19. See attached pictures. This is deceptive marketing. I asked for a refund but was told I would have to wait for a manager . I sent an email on 12/14/16 to [protected]@hmshost.com but they have not responded.

service
I went to the Dunkin' Donuts on pleasant hill road in the BP gas station. First they take forever to take your order. And than they make my coffee wrong. When I asked how long will it take to make it over. The worker tells me. A while. Very disrespectful. To have waited 20 mins for a coffee when they're were hardly any customers. I go to Dunkin' Donuts everyday but I'm making the switch to Starbucks. Thanks anyways! Get new staff
sanitation
On December 29, 2016 at about 4:30 pm, my family and I decided to try the newly opened Dunkin Donuts. First thing noticed was the large school bus in the parking lot. It looked as though someone was living out of it, there were boxes thrown up against each window, it looked junkie, I was very surprised to see it read Dunkin Donuts on it. My husbands' donut was like a rock. There was a family next to us that also mentioned to us that their donut wasn't at all fresh. I watched the manager walk from outside and up to where the straws and napkins were located. While talking to another woman the manager placed his hand on the top of all of the red coffee straws, he than begin running his hands through the straws, then he picked the straws up and let them drop back into the cup about three times. My husband and I were hoping he was doing that because he was about to take the straws out and maybe throw them away, sadly he didn't, he fondled through all of the straws then walked away. We couldn't believe what we had just witnessed. Despite the outside eyesore, hard donut and dirty coffee straws, the customer service was excellent
trans action # 269579. they seem to be racist in this store they should be investigated with many secret shoppers of all kinds of colors and creeds
I have been to this location many times. I have seen the indian men give great customer service to any one except a black person. I truly want to call the internal affairs for them. this casher Mohammad finds it funny that many people feel like this, I saw him kick out a black man and allow two white woman to stand and charge their phone without a purchase.
