Dunkin' Donuts a disrespectful employee

I work for Rehabilitation Support Services in Albany NY. I have a mentally ill client who broke down in tears from an experience at Dunkin' Donuts on New Scotland Ave in Albany New York across the street from St Peter's Hospital.
She informed me that she had gone to Dunkin Donuts on Sunday evening July 23rd with the intention to purchase a coffee. She further explained that she wanted to use the bathroom before making her purchase. She said that she approached the counter and spoke with an African American girl who was very rude to her. My client asked if she could use the bathroom. Your employee said to my client "don't be in there all day! " My client was offended and uncomfortable, bit she proceeded to the bathroom. My client claims she was in the bathroom for a few moments when your employee busted into the bathroom because she felt that my client was not moving fast enough for her. My client felt completely violated and so uncomfortable she left the store without purchasing anything. I asked my client did she know the employee's name. She could not remember exactly, but she says it started with the letter "S".
Dunkin Donuts on New Scotland Ave is my client's neighborhood store and she's been faithful to the store for years. Now she's afraid to go into the establishment. She's too timid to make the complaint herself, but it is my responsibility to advocate for her. Custer service employees should NEVER be allowed to treat people in such a manner disabled or not.
I hope my client gains the courage to return to your store soon. More importantly I pray she's never treated like that again, and neither is anyone else.

Dunkin' Donuts shift leader

Lately for the past month or so, our sundays at Dunkin have been sooo frustrating due the loud and abnoxious screaming and yelling from the employees. I looked over the counter, and I saw an employee with a blue shirt on. And if I’m correct that’s shift leader. Tons of piercings. Short, baggy pants. Underware showing. She was in with them not caring about what the employees were doing because she was doing it with them. Horrible leader ship!

Dunkin' Donuts customer service complaint against the asst manager at store #347346

3 instances recently. (1) the asst mgr called the only person helping at the counter to the back to help make sandwiches when there were already herself and 2 others in the back, leaving the front unattended and waiting for already ordered coffee (myself and 2 other people. (2) stopped in the drive thru a couple days ago, 510am, not busy, no one came on the intercom after 3 1/2 min. I drove around, parked, went inside and there the asst mgr is with the wireless headset around her neck. There were two other customers inside that she was helping then hollared to the back for help, no one came up to the front. I also noticed that she had her 5 or 6 year old child (boy) behind the counter with her (really?). Today, 07/23/17, i stopped again at around 515am and she was there. There was only one othre customer that had already been helped and was waiting for a sandwich, then just me. The asst mgr comes from the back, looks at the newer employee, completely ignoring that im standing there and tries to get the employee to go to the back and the empl had to tell her, which i heard, i'm trying to help this customer (me). The asst mgr and another employee was alread in the back making a sandwich, not sure why she wanted more help. I understand there may be other things going on that i may not be aware of, however, i have been going to this store for the past 4-5 years, mostly 4-5 times a week even. I have most recently cut back because the service and attitude from this asst mgr is horrible. There is never any acknowledgement, greeting, apology for the wait, nothing ever from her. I work as a supervisor in a 911 center, granted we don't have to have face to face contact, but there are expectations for customer service. It should be even more so for face to face contact. She is without a doubt a poor representative for this store. Please feel free to contact me for any other details you may need at my email [protected]@charter.Net.

This is the first time i have ever submitted a complaint about any business, but since i am an avid dunkin customer i feel it is important to submit by complaint in this instance. I truly love your products but feel less and less likely to go because she is there.

Dunkin' Donuts managers treatment

Hi. I am writing on behalf of my daughter Melonie Wellington. She use to work there for the summer. My daughter was working her butt off fulling in for people that was also late. One morning she was late, she was immediately written up and with a verbal warning, that next time it happened, she would be fired! So her hours were cut. She mad sure after that she was on time. Couple of times she was asked to stay because a colleague was late, she said no. Now my daughter is the only one she gave a write up. While everyone was coming late. So Melonie only worked her allotted hours. This morning my daughter went to work at 4am only to be told, she was not on the schedule! Now come on, is this how people are treated in the states? I am trying not to use the race card but everything that lady did scream just that! Why let my child walk on the street at that hour of the morning? To come to a work that was no longer? Is that how people are terminated in the states? Because I can't use u how I want I take you off my schedule?

Dunkin' Donuts rude and unacceptable service

I walked this morning as usual to pick up my usual Dunkin Donuts coffee at around 6AM and really walked out very frustrated and humiliated by one of your server named Karina (receipt attached).
I ordered my usual coffee and remembered I have an AARP card for a donut and showed her and said, "I can't see if it expired..." and I said no problem and flashing the card closer. Her unexpected response was, " I can see don't bring it close or I slap you". I got shocked with her unbelievable and unexpected words, asked her what she said holding my phone, and again she repeated it adding, "I slap and you can record it".
I got numbed, confused, speechless and rolling my eyes around for a manager and a customer behind me on a line said, 'that is rude' while I was walking away. Another person with a coffee and a donuts bag in his hand walked towards my car to tell me that I need to address and complain on it.
I did tell him I'll and thanked him.
This is something typical that will never leave my mind and I sincerely would like to see that person disciplined accordingly. I including my associates will stay away from Dunkin Donuts products and I'll follow through the steps that has been takes.

Dunkin' Donuts dunkin' donuts baristas

I walked into your satyr hill location in Maryland, and ask for a large Americano with some skim milk. The barista questioned me and began explaining to me what a americano was. I politely ask again to have some skim milk put in and the barista shouts to the other barista, "she wants skim milk in it?" " yeah I don't know ... that's just want she wants .. I mean it's just espresso and water and now she wants milk in it ?!" She made a disgusted face at me and The whole store heard them and I felt uncomfortable and was upset over the fact that I just came in to buy a coffee and was questioned by the barista over something trivial like having some milk put in my americano? I am never go back.

Dunkin' Donuts location closing earlier than official hours

Dunkin' Donuts service

The Dunkin Donuts at 146 n mcdade blvd. seems pretty incompetent.
Ordered some breakfast sands and waited a while even though it was not busy .I inquired about them and they knew nothing about it.Even the guy who took my money for my order. So I just left. They can have the money.I figure my marketing of Wawa on here and elsewhere will make up for it.This is why Wawa is ahead because they are way more competent and efficient.

Dunkin' Donuts night service at 22w251 north ave glen ellyn il 60137

Specifically only related to dunkin donuts located at 22w251 north ave, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137. I have given them many chances to get their service right, they failed miserably every time. Last night was the worst, the gentleman(Shabbir) took the order for three drinks, two hot coffees and a hot chocolate. Advised me to drive around to window, as soon as I pull up to window, he disappears. I wait patiently, honked the horn a few times, then drive around to see he's accepting deliveries. By the time I get to the delivery door, he has gone back inside. The delivery driver said he's inside now, even he said their service is the worst! I went back to window, Mr. Shabbir says he forgot and he was doing something else. I complained to him about night service being bad and he argues that it's not on his days. He wanted to hand over the coffees he made 15 minutes ago, ridiculous!
Either some one steps in to sort this situation out or this will be reported and shared.

Dunkin' Donuts unethical behavior of teens

On Friday, 7/7/17 at 10:30 a.m. I went to Dunkin Donuts at 61-58 Springfield Blvd. Oakland Gardens, NY 11364. The atmosphere was toally out of control, with a bunch of teenagers playing cards at the table without any purchase of anything. It was loud and disruptive, every once in a while, they would yell or scream making everyone to look up. I actually called this location from my cell while I was there. It took at least 5 tries, no one would answer the phone. When I asked for the Manager, the woman who finally answered the phone asked for my name. I told her I was a customer and she kept asking for my name, then I went on to say..."please stop these kids from taking over the store"...she said that they had purchased food. I told her not now, they are totally taking over the store and you are not doing anything about it. The woman refused to give me the manager's name. If they were quiet, that's ok, but they were out of control, loud and lots of outbursts. I was trying to drink my coffee and eat my donut when all of a sudden they sprayed AXE COLOGNE SPRAY, NOT ONCE, BUT TWICE. I WAS FORCED TO GET UP AND LEAVE. NO RESPECT AT ALL!

Dunkin' Donuts creamer used in the coffee is expired.

To whom it may concern,
I would like to put in a complaint of the dunkin on location 1068 Old Country Rd, Plainview · [protected]. I have recently moved to the area and work 9 mins away from this location and since last week and this week I have been getting the same coffee hazelnut crème and sugar hot coffee just diff sizes med or large depending on the day. but this week Wednesday(7/5/17) and Friday (7/7/17) I have got the same coffee but both the times I have got expired crèmer there is white stuff on top of the coffee I do have pictures taken. initially when this happened I let it go thinking its ok it happens but same issue is today I will be going back to the dunkin to show them the coffee since this happened twice and its very unhealthy. My concern is that its very annoying to thru the day without coffee and ruins the day plus I cant go back to get replacement during work hours either and i'm concerned I can get sick of this as well. And also its to be noted that if the person making the coffee sees the white things floating should be aware that its gone bad not sell it to the customers its a health risk issues and dangerous as well.
Also note that I pay by credit card I have not go any sort of receipt till date and I have been going there for 2 weeks now.
I would want to get my refund back for both the coffee and I will not be going to that location ever again and there should be inspection done for that facility and location.
I'm attaching photos of the coffee.

Dunkin' Donuts horrible experience w/ on-the-go!!

In route to my yoga class I placed an "On-The-Go" order via my Dunkin Donuts app. Mainly because I was in a hurry and also because thru the app you can get a medium drink for $1.99 which is cheaper than in the store. I proceed to the designated location and waited to pick up my drink. One of the associates noticed that after everyone was gone I was still waiting. He came and asked me what did I ordered. I told him that I placed an on the go order and showed him my phone of my order. He said it hasn't come thru yet, but he'll go ahead and make it for me. While he prepared to make my drink a young lady (Which was Valleria, The Manager) inquired on what he was doing he explained the situation to her and she proceed to say if it has come thru then they can't make the drink. She told me that there was something else that I must need to do because they haven't received it. So I sat and I waited as they passed me by. Thinking maybe they needed a few minutes for it to come thru. I went back to the counter and asked about my order she said maybe you sent it to a different location. I showed her my phone in which it said the location was in fact their location. She tells me I don't know what to tell you. You can get in line and order and pay for another drink and I can make it for you but we haven't received a on the go order. I was super angry by this point. I felt as a manager she handled the situation completely in appropriate. I felt as if she was penalizing me because DD system wasn't working properly. Which is not my issue when I have already given DD my money for a product in which I'm struggling to receive. I showed her my order, which stated the date, the time, the location, and what I ordered. She just kept saying there's nothing I can do I can't give you a free drink but you can purchase one and I can make it. A FREE DRINK? I already paid for the drink. Now at this point I felt she was either calling me a liar or a thief either accusation WAS NOT OKAY BY ME! Needless to say we exchanged words. I took her name. I left with NO DRINK, but I paid DD $2.11, and missed my yoga class. I cannot believe how angry I was over something so small but to be a manager her attitude and the way she handled the situation was VERY VERY POOR!

Dunkin' Donuts one of the employees

I ordered my stuff in the drive-thru, being very polite, and I am immediately greeted by a rude employee. After my order was finished, she read my order out to me extremely fast, I told her I did not understand her and that got her really mad. She reads the order out again, very rudely, I told her she forgot an item, then she tells me to pull forward, I tell her again at the window and she begins being extremely rude once again. As I'm checking my items to make sure everything is in there, she gets extremely inpatient while trying to hand me my receipt, which I before told her that I did not need the receipt. The employees name is Yamisse, and she works at the Dunkin' Donuts at MLK Blvd and Lakewood. This is the location.

Dunkin' Donuts mislabeled food item

Veggie egg white flat bread.
No where does it state cheese nor does the photo show cheese.
This is an issue for those with allergies as well as those who can't tolerate or like cheese.

Every single other breakfast sandwich states cheese ans shows cheese.

This is a huge error.
I suggest you get this fixed asap or do not train employees to make it with cheese unless asked.

Dunkin' Donuts service

I have been going into this Dunkin Donuts ever since it has been opened and it is repeatedly always close with one person in there but they still won't wait on you. Or the coffee has too much sugar or it is bitter and just strong. This is ridiculous I put a lot of money into Dunkin Donuts across the country and I go at least 7 times a day you can check my app and you will see this. Now I am at work and I have no coffee and cannot go back out I am so fed up with this Dunkin on 8th street Fernandina Beach Florida

Is not right what your company is doing in titusville Florida you now I have a misdemeanor not a felony like this person name Felicia vardez I don't believe this she been investigated robbery or around town even the manager I think because I'm a black I didn't get job i apply for a job only for summer because I start school is not right because a color I didn't get the job . Dunkin' Donuts entire experience, poor service, no clue on how to work.

Traveling north on the Garden State Parkway I stopped at the Montvale, NJ Travel Plaza Rest Stop. I usually go to that DD and noticed the line being extremely long which is not a normal occurrence, that should have been my first clue, I thought twice about leaving, but my son wanted a breakfast sandwich. The person at the register didn't listen, I had to repeat myself 3 times and then as I was telling her my order she walked away before I could finish. She started filing my drink order instead of taking my entire order, including my food order so that it could be started by the only one person making the sandwiches while she finished with me. The 2 registers were sending orders through to the one person preparing the food at such a pace that she couldn't keep up, not to mention not knowing how to multi task or work at a productive pace. It took me literally 20 minutes after completing my order to get 2 small coolatas, an iced coffee and 1 breakfast sandwich. I'm usually a very patient person and understand being busy, but the whole situation was very sad. Everyone around us were saying the same thing shaking their heads. We all said thank you as we received our orders, but it was not a good situation for Dunkin' Donuts reputation.

Dunkin' Donuts customer service

I'm a fan of dunkin, but I will aviod the dd in centreville md off of liberty rd. They have the absolute worst customer service and should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. Most unfriendly, unprofessional mic and window service I have ever witnessed. The two females working the window this morning at 11am, you either need more training or just plain manners. If you don't like your job that much, work somewhere else. Or be unemployed as you clearly don't care to preform well enough to keep your job. Pathetic. I was giving my order, and was cut off by laughing which I then had repeat everything because they didn't care to listen. The order was repeated by employee, multiple things missing so I asked, did you get the turkey flatbread? She huffs and says "well I do now." this is your job! Be attentive and not disrespectful! We asked for a receipt and were ignored. This place is horrible.

I am having a problem with the Dunkin' Donuts app on my iPhone. I have contacted the loyalty team. I have waited for two hours for anyone to speak to me. Never happened. Dunkin' Donuts incorrect orders and food quality

Hello,

I frequently visit the Dunkin Donuts on 503 N 21st St, Camp Hill, PA 17011. In addition to the revolving door of staff that never seem to know what they're doing, I have on more than one occasion - today being one of those days (6/22/2017) - received an incorrect order through the drive thru. I requested a bagel, toasted, with butter on the side. Today I got a bagel toasted, with cream cheese applied, and butter on the side. This wasn't quite as intolerable as the time that I got my bagel, with cream cheese literally scraped off, put back into the wrapper, with butter thrown in the bag. I will also add that I have a dairy allergy and have had to dispose of both orders. I am also not in the position to pick up and leave work to return to this franchise and make a complaint, not should I have to. I'm not sure what can be done, but at this point I feel like I've been robbed. I may as well have left them my money and walked away empty handed. This location is a very poor representation of your company and your brand.
