Got gas today employee could not figure out the plenti points was extremely rude, vapid We are are on a budget and because the cashiers could not preform their jobs correctly now I will have to make my money go farther than was planned for . Cashier told me I needed to speak slower as she could not understand me. What kind of people are you hiring? Not very good customer service
service from a worker
I'm complaining about the rudeness of cashier at Dunkin donuts at Bartow Avenue, Bronx, New York zip code 10475. The cashier is female Caucasian. I asked her was the corn muffin fresh, because I brought a corn muffin out of the same facility last week and when I got home the corn muffin was not fresh and crumbled all to pieces. The cashier had a attitude and threw my change on the counter instead of putting it in my hand. Now I going on Yelp to provide this bad experience.

North Street Hyannis Mass 02601 Location... Hot Coffee is always so dark, and tastes old. Longer hot coffee sits it gets stronger. Which is exactly what I think is going on because every time I get a hot coffee from any other location, its normally good but not North Street lately. I get the same thing every time. So I know when something is wrong with it. This has been a on going problem. I keep having the employees remake my coffee an have made complains to them about this problem. And they're normally is never more than one person at the counter at a time which should be changed. There should always be two people or more because that location does get crowded very quick because it is small. Also it is very difficult when there is the language barrier between people that speak English and people that do not they sometimes act like they know what you're saying and then they really don't which also makes it hard to get your coffee made right or your food made Right.

We were very frustrated because of what happened. I and my son wanted to buy a dozen of donuts and went to the closest store. It was in the morning and the store seemed to be empty inside, I mean there was no one there. As we came into the door it was locked right in front of us. The girl who locked it from inside was an employee and she was on the phone. She saw us and preferred not to pay attention and just walked away.
This kind of service is pathetic.

My daughter has been working for your company for several months she started around April of 2017 she is 16 yrs old at first I would pick her up from work and she'd tell me how great it is because this is her first job few months further she said that a man that wotked there touched her inappropriately so she decided to just not work when he was schedule ok fine this location uses an app called group me well my daughter had her Wi-Fi turned off due to she went over on data and put the app on my phone so she could access her schedule well on August 15 2017 this man sends her a very inappropriate message I informed the owner the very next dayabout the incident and the assist manager of to who this person was what has been happening and showed him the group me massage he assured me that he would handle it my last question to them was was my daughter in away dressed inappropriately they both said no so I left thinking he would address this issue he told me that he spoke with the individual and that this individual did amit to touching my daughter and he stated that my daughter was dressed inappropriately that's why this man touched her and that my daughter is at fault for being inappropriately dressed not true my daughter was appropriately dressed other wise she should have been sent home and not inappropriately touched I was told also by the owner that this man has been wrote up and suspended well he's on the schedule to work still I know this because of the app on my phone my daughter should not in away have to feel like any of this is her fault because a man that she works with has touched her inappropriately so with that being said I hope that we can take the appropriate actions for everyone involved

I have lived in Burlington county NJ my whole life and have always drank DD coffee. I recently move to Ocean county NJ and went to a DD in Whiting NJ and was amazed how much a large cup of coffee is . In Burlington it cost me $ 1.99 and in Whiting it's 2.35 why the big change in price and it's only about 27 mile difference. Most of the people in this area where we just moved are senior citizens are we trying too take advantage of the older people. I love DD coffee but with these prices I will have to start drinking WaWa coffee which is a lot cheaper and the same price as every other WaWa.

I placed an On the Go on 8/12/17 at about 11:52. Got at store approx. 12 noon. 2 people in the store. They took 2 drive thru orders and filled them. Waited on woman ahead of me. Ok now 9minutes later my turn.. said I had an On the Go order.. girl asked manager about it.. discusses amongst each other.. girl stood looking at me.. manger finally states Just give it to her.. I rolled my eyes.. stated Excuse me.. manager.. it didn't come across our system, we'll give ya your order, just tell her what ya want.. I said, again, geez, I'll just get ahold of company and have them refund on my card, thats ok. As I walked away to door manager kept running her mouth very uh lets say Not nicely, it's not our fault it didn't come across our system, I don't understand why you have to called company and get money back Im offering your coffee blah blah. Just fussing away. I stopped, turned around and stayed, Woman I'll report you. She continued with raising her voice and fussing away. Didn't get a refund much less a large coffee.
Now what was wrong with me stating I was going to call the company and get a Refund? What did I say that justified an [censor] chewing? What did I do to justify how your Management treated me? And in front of Another customer! It's the Worst treatment I have ever had in my 58years of my life. Ever. I was upset for 5 freaking days. I will never forget how she started running her nasty freaking disrespectful tone and behavior. I love your coffee but totally hate walking into that store. fired at no fault of my own..!!
Fired due to someone calling them on the phone telling them lies about me. Never talked to them in person or even had any proof of anything. Very disappointed in this company. They work you too death for cheap pay and you never get appreciated for any of your hard work. They believe anything someone tells them and the employees can't keep one thing to themselves. Most every employee there does drugs and they don't give you a drug test anyway. Had a manager there one time that was accused of sexual harassment. They didn't even let me fill out a application when I got hired. I currently have a unemployment claim for falsely accused accusations over the phone with a unknown person with no evidence once so ever. So I hope you can prove something.

I was at the dunkin donuts on1573 lakeland ave bohemia this morning 8/17/17, there was a line of around 8 people and this obese woman which seemed to be an employee on her day off, just walked up to the counter and asked for a coffee for her brother, then she proceeded to start chatting with the employees distracting them of what they were dong, when i complained to the cashier, she just said ' she's just here for a coffee for her brother', her brother was parked outside blocking the cars and refuse to move until she got on his car, this is highly disrespectful for the other customers who are waiting for their turn to be served, on top of that she went in behind the counter wearing her regular clothes with make up, lipstick and jewelry which for a food establishment is not allowed as jewelry or other things could fall into the food being prepared

135 Main St New Britain CT is the current location I am at. I'm 21 and visit this location at least 2 times a week. Today I asked the cashier just for a cup of ice, I'm pregnant and crave it. The cashier at the front was cleaning with what looked to be bleach and wasn't using gloves. Not only did she grab my cup without gloves and she dropped it on the floor. I, of course, asked for a new cup which seem to upset her. After grabbing me a new cup she made remarks to me offensive to me being pregnant. I did leave the area in order to keep composure. My mother is a manager at the Dublin Donuts in Ellenville in NY and she suggested I file a complaint.

I went to dunkin donuts this pass saturday 8/12/17 located at 1305 W. Cermak in chicago. I decided this time to go thru the drive thru I placed my order and when I get to the window the morning manager and one of the employees are arguing so loud using profanity no one ever came to the window so I drove away and never received my lunch. Every time I go there when the morning manager is there it is always a problem. He has very bad customer service so now I have informed my employees to also not go there in morning. This place is brand new and right across the street from my job but I will never go again when he is there. The lady that works in the late afternoon has awesome customer service and gets us in and out. Who ever hired that morning manager needs to fire him!
no donuts
I'm a loyal customer, usually, I buy 10 tasty donuts every week and rarely have issues with the store, sometimes they are out of donuts I prefer, but today was a special day or what... I was told that there are no ten donuts for me. Yes, this is not the first time I get an answer like this, but they always offered something different instead. Unfortunately today I bought neither ten donuts nor alternative. Next week I will go there again and try to order the same, but if something like this will happen again I will just choose a different place for a breakfast.
stale, day old tiny doughnuts with a teaspoon of filling
Went to the DD shop on Middlebelt Road, Livonia, MI Thursday, August 10 at 2:30 pm. I wanted a dozen lemon filled doughnuts to go. They only had 10, but threw in a couple of others that I didn't want to make up the 12. These doughnuts had sat in the display for 8 hours or more when I picked them up. They were tiny, stale, and very scant filling. At $8.97 a dozen, this has to be one of the BIGGEST doughnut RIPOFFS of all time!
Luckily, I had a $1 off coupon to apply to these horrible doughnuts. My 97 year old mom said she had never had worse doughnuts in her ENTIRE LIFE! She said if it weren't for the lemon filling, she wouldn't be eating these doughnuts. We hadn't been to a DD shop in 18 years, so we were first disappointed by the COST, then by the STALENESS of the product, and then by the TINY SIZE. A terrible experience that we won't be repeating. Just thought you should know.
I wish you could have seen these tiny (3 inch diameter) excuses for donuts. They were not only tiny, but stale from sitting all day long, and almost absent filling in ALL 12 of them! 45 years ago, they were very good donuts. I will NEVER return to any DD shop again, fresh or not, at $9.00 a dozen, Krispy Kreme are 100% SUPERIOR in every way. No wonder they are going down the proverbial tubes, just sayin'.
I worked at DD 45 years ago. Those donuts are made once a day - at 1 to 3 AM. You want fresh? You gotta go early in the day, hon.. BTW, there was to be 3 tbsp. minimum of filling in every donut. Just sayin.'

i'm complaining about lack of products in rhode island
I am a plumber based out of Rhode Island I go to Dunkin every morning and afternoon my favorite sandwich was the chicken bacon ranch on a croissant for some reason you stupid [censor] punish Rhode Islanders by taking away all of our sandwiches it's bad enough we live in this state that most employees can't even make coffee rite so I have to drink bad coffee because now I'm hooked on Dunkin coffee and I can't even enjoy my favorite sandwich cuz you decide to punish us but mass in Connecticut still have all the sandwiches be back later to complain some more

This worker by the name of Chris was rude and disrespectful to me. Completely got my order wrong! He just talks to his friends and gives them free stuff but ignores the real customers. I will definitely not be going to that Dunkin anymore. The location is 6200 W Belmont Ave, Chicago, IL 60634. This man also smelled like pot. Unless something is done I will make sure no one goes there again!

About 8 am, I went into the Dunkin Donuts located at Penn Station (1st time at this location) I'm 6 months pregnant BUT I'm a faithful Dunkin' customer every Mon-Fri now ordering Decaf iced coffees. I asked for a Med Decaf caramel iced coffee the sales person stated they don't sell Decaf coffee. Is this true? I believe NOT, Decaf should ALWAYS be a menu item for people who can't consume caffeine. I was shocked to say the least so I simply ordered a blueberry donut BUT while still there, I decided on the coffee (caffeine) the cashier repeats my order to the barista and she shouts "WE DO NOT CARRY WHIPPED CREAM"! I think this is crazy and she was out of line. Never at any other location and the state doesn't matter have I had such an experience. It makes me NOT want to spend anymore money with the company, granted I'm only 1 of several BUT customer service is key in this business and I'm extremely disappointed.
store safety
Store is completely unsafe. There are always homeless people hanging about and employees are scared to run them off for fear of being threatened. Manager does nothing about the unsafe status even though they know about it. No lights around the building so it is extremely dark early in the morning. At night only one person is working in the store which is dangerous for them.

This morning I was at the Logan airport and ordered the regular turkey bacon cheddar cheese egg sandwich, just like the recepit reads. However, the employees at Dunkin' did not put any egg in an egg sandwich. Unfortunately, I couldnt correct this at the point of purchase because I took the sandwich with me on the plane. Once I was in the air did I only realize there was no egg! This was very disappointing to me and not what I ordered. I am not sure if I will continue getting breakfast sandwiches ar Dunkin'.

I want to first tell you how happy I am to have DD back in Cali. I live near your location on Sherman Way and Van Nuys, CA. I thought it would be great to stop by on my way home for some of my favorite DD snacks. DONUTS! Mmmmmm
Unfortunately, at 10:10pm fifty minute before closing the donut selection was limited to only Donut holes and a couple of missed souls on the shelf. Quote me if I'm wrong... the name on the sign says DONUTS!?!
I've run restaurants for most of my career and if 45 mins before closing I told guests that we were out of food?, emails to corporate would have gotten pretty ugly for me the next day. Even worse would have been something like this; we have donuts in the back and we are not allowed to sell them to you. ? So you have donuts in the back and we as customers aren't able to get them because Managment says they aren't able to give them out until morning?
Just so we can understand,
A multi million dollar company, on the stock exchange, no less. Does not have donuts and yet the doors are still open with 45+ mins left until closing? In the food and beverage service we call that a FAIL!

Negative! They told me they have donuts in the back and weren't able to sell them until morning. Per orders from management! This had nothing to do with orders being delivered. This is clearly a store decision to not sell donuts at night. My point would be; if you don't have donuts and the title of your business is "Dunkin DONUTS!" Then close and lock your doors! Every other donut shop I've been to doesn't seem to have this issue. Don't try and cover up with excuses for poor Management execution. They only just made it clear that Costs are more important then Customers. End of story!
Stephen im sorry for the way you were treated but most donuts at dunkin are not made at the stores they are delivered in the morning around 4am and they have a limited amount for the day so comming 40 mins till close and they sell throughout the day they will be limited. I agree some stores should have two deliveries one at 4am and one at 2pm
