I was traveling to Jackson Mississippi from Minneapolis on July 3. Made it to Chicago and got on another bus and we got to another state and had to turn around back to Chicago because the bus driver put us on the wrong bus. Said he would transfer our luggage stay on the bus. We get to another state and I looked for my luggage and it was not there. So they said it would probably make it there, give it a couple of days. I had no clothes the whole month I was there, and still have not heard from greyhound about my luggage. I talk to someone and they said give them 60 to 90 days for a response and they would cut me a check for 250.00 dollars which is unexpectable my belongings are worth more than that. I would like to and will do small claims court
Desired outcome: go to court for more than 250.00 i need to be compensate more than that because it was not my fault it was the bus driver
