Hello - I requested my retainer refund through the portal on my online account. I have waited the 30 days plus to 5-7 business days for the transfer period and I have not received anything. I am owed $1236.00.

Regus will not return your retainer unless YOU request it, which is a terrible business practice. I recommend that no one rents office space from Regus ever! They are basically trying to get me to forget and keep my money.
When can I expect my money back?
Desired outcome: I need Regus to send me my retainer refund in full.
After reading this website, It appears a lot of returned retainers fail to be return on the first effort. Perhaps Regus should change how it processes retainers...
For example, when I added my bank account information to the retainer section in my account, the website auto populated the routing number and bank address, which was wrong... shocker... Why does such a large company have the worst billing/invoice/retainer portal I have ever seen?
